Even though these players need to gel I can't understand why we are unable to win a game or 2 whist they are getting to know each other especially when the recent defeats have come against teams who,imho are not exactly brilliant.
AN needs to pick a formation,(not 3 at the back) and stick with it plus start on the front foot every game.

Ray Parlour yesterday talking about Chelsea, saying you cant bring in 10 players and expect them to work together and gel. He said you should bring in 4-5. We have brought in 18. 18 players. I was hoping for more this season but after listening to tslksport and many ex professional footballers talking about what Chelsea have done, I see many similarities. Ridiculous. I haven't listened to that station for years. Always remember it being pretty dreadful. However, to your point, Ray Parlour hasn't managed a team so you could argue what does he know, although he's much more qualified than me and most here! |
