I think would be plenty We took a manager from a bigger club...unfortunately, which shows that it is a decent job . The problem is we keep appointing the wrong people, easy to say after the event but said at the time, why did we chase this no mark? Our policy of managerial appointments needs to change obviously and in this division things can turn around quickly with the right person. If we keep this clown until January then the season is over. The season is already over after tonight. It’s now about staying away from the relegation zone and bringing in somebody who can buy the right players in January and get this current team organised. Yep..think the chances of doing a Forest or Fulham are behind us now. We can't let this fool bring in more players in another window though, surely |

Ok the ref was an utter cunt tonight but Neil,not just this game,but the past few,is just as culpable.Im mean,what is he..a bullshitter,a charlatan or just piss poor manager? I thought the recent purple patch was it,I saw a plan and a team with direction,as positive as Ive felt in seasons……and now what.Dire,aimless dross served up by players I really thought were going to do it for us,but just don’t seem to have a fucking clue what they are doing,to be fair QPR should have 3-1 up at one point,and that was with 11 men! Tonight wasn’t helped when I got chatting to some nice lads on the tube who were waxing lyrical about the Great Hughes period.Mind you the mental for the second goal was brilliant. It does feel like we have some very good technical players but they’re being badly coached and the tactics are all wrong. |

Lots of parallels with last season so far.
A poor start to the campaign, followed by a little purple patch of form, which quickly fades back into another run of disappointing results.
The little run of unbeaten games had given me hope that we had turned some kind of corner. However, it is starting to look like it represented one step forward followed by two steps backwards.
I am not going to be too critical of the game tonight. Going down to ten men with a third of the game still to play was always going to be tough. However, we somewhat capitulated at the end.
We are 8 points clear of relegation, but 9 points short of the play offs. We look (again) very much like achieving a mid-table finish (at best).

I personally would like him. His coaching record is good , ok he was sacked at Leeds but kept them up. Coached in Europe and had a lot of success , USA, knowledge of a market we should tap into there and a passionate coach who the players seem to like.
I know not everyone will agree, if anyone 😁
He apparently said no to Leicester think it was as was too soon after leaving Leeds
Might be out our depth and might not be in the slightest bit interested but the kind of coach for me we should move towards.

It all came out when it was being discussed how Coventrys manager told of how they used every day of the international break to work on the Millwall game (which they won 3-0) Meanwhile our manager fucked off to sunbathe in Dubai whilst the squad were also let go on their holidays, I know for a fact Vidigal was in Paris for a week as he put it on Instagram every day! The result? Two absolutely woeful performances and the conceding of 7 goals to crap opposition. |

Whether AN is sacked or not it won't change our disastrous summer transfer business which saw us sign a supermarket trolley load of players quite unsuitable for the Championship. We are deep in the brown stuff whatever happens next. We're a cb and rb away from midtable it's just getting in someone who gets defense stable and shots on target at the other end. Burger finally shoots and he scores! Ryan's effort was because he attempted also! It's no shocker we shoot more we score more. The tippy tappy wing to wing shit doesn't produce. The defensive woes and just weak as piss stuff is the worst of it! This is probably the first stoke side in my lifetime I can't point to someone and go he's a walking red card because he plays tough shows effort 100% and is slow in tackles all of the time. No Wilkinson, No Deano, No Wilson. This side is devoid of passion and effort and hoever showed it at the end being an idiot then not tackling before giving away a break. We have a mix of castoffs and skill players with no base. It's just bleh and it's AN doing and his subs made his own shite smell worse. We have got a RB who is 19 and plays for Cameroon already . I guarantee if AN is gone tomorrow morning, Junior will be our RB for Plymouth. Good enough to play for Cameroon at 19 years old, but not good enough to play for Stoke ? That's just unbelievable to me . |
