We won 3 in a row in spite of him, not because of him. Who was our manager? Open your eyes

There's no chance of us getting us promoted with Neil It seems that beating a 14th place finish remains the aim for the season.

As slow as it was like watching England, I still don't know how we lost that never mind 3-0. An absolute one sided game we dominated without creating anything. We must have had about 600 passes today. Pissing about with the ball in our own half with Pearson sitting behind the centre backs isn't dominating anything. They were brighter from the start, chasing down together and putting us under pressure. We got away with 1 after 2 minutes before the goal. They then kept their shape while we were clueless at breaking through them then hit us late when we chased the game

The last thing we should do is let this guy stay and bring in even more duds, in January, to go with the ones he has currently assembled. When he does eventually get the sack, the next manager's job is immediately compromised by needing to clear the decks AGAIN

It breaks my bloody heart watching my team play like that....sideways backwards, slow, no pride, absolutely shameful.

I remember in an interview he said his favourite band was Oasis. He also dresses like an Inbetweener. Does it matter? Probably not. Although we’re playing with a similar amount of imagination

That today was an absolutely dire performance. Apparantly Neil has watched Blackburn on several occasions this season and yet he is so tactically inept that his team performed so cluelessly. There are good players in this Stoke squad. We just have an incompetent manager who is tactically inept. Blackburn looked like a team that was well coached and drilled on the training ground, we looked a complete shambles. We're going nowhere whilst Neil remains in charge.

Do we sack him now or at the end of the season after an inevitable 14-20th position finish?
He’s not improved us in the slightest, this is his team and we are bland. There’s no urgency to our play, he even says it in the post match press conference, but it’s like that most weeks and he fails to rectify it.
I have no idea how he’s trying to get us to play and score goals, as our tactic seems to be to knock it around the back and hope for the best. All you have to be is a well drilled outfit and there’s a pretty good chance you’ll beat us. As we will gift you chances in a game but struggle to break down a decent defensive team.
I’m just sick and tired of seeing us being beaten at home. Anyone got the stats of our home form since he took over?

He keeps picking dreadful line-ups.
Hoever has been awful for weeks- he can't defend. Yet he seems to be first name on the team sheet.
Leris offers nothing apart from winning a few headers from goal kicks. Yet he also seems undroppable.
Gayle is about as good at football now as I am. Yet he's started the last God knows how many games despite being even worse than he was last year.
This is before we even start on the fact that he's left us with a situation where Bonham is our goalkeeper until January at least, while our only left back is an injury-prone 33-year-old.
Oh, and somebody tell him that Bae Junho is a number 10, not a left winger.
Fucking charlatan.

Get him in.

I think corberan could be tempted given West Brom’s financial situation. Get him in. We just need someone that can coach Football rather than someone so dour all he can do is whack long balls at Dwight Gayle and Mehdi Leris and hope that Johnson has enough in his legs to fight for the knock downs. It would be fucking laughable if it wasn't so chronic. A mandate to rebuild a club, backed to the hilt and all he can do is bore us to tears with a grand whopping total of 4 shots on goal in the last 270 minutes of football, whilst conceding 9 shots. But don't worry Alex Nil, all we look at is the result...

- there was no movement up front
- we played a high line against the quickest three forwards in the league
- Five players standing in a line on the edge of the penalty area hoping for miracle
- Burger, Johnson and Hoever were awful
- Jonho was the only player putting in any effort but he’s no winger
- Better players left on the bench
- We can’t cross for shit
- We can’t pass for shit either
apart that we were great.

He should have dropped Burger (who did nothing), played Jonho in the middle and Vittigal out wide, the man’s clueless

When he does eventually get the sack, the next manager's job is immediately compromised by needing to clear the decks AGAIN Over 50% of people on here could get a better tune out of the players we have, pick a better team even with glaring weaknesses in the squad. I don't think that's the main problem. With no evidence whatsoever I'm starting to feel some players (flair players) aren't happy to play for him, happy in general with him, what other explanation are there for all these mystery injuries, illnesses? Obviously the answer may be the manager being ultra cautious! 🤬

I wanted to give AN some slack, the benefit of the doubt, the rub of the green, but today's performance is an absolute embarrassment of an effort. Woeful team selection Woeful formation Woeful effort
He can fuck right off today and i genuinely wouldnt shed a fucking tear.

Worst manager of the lot since relegation. John Coates hasn't got a clue. Frustrating thing is that the better players brought in, Haks, Vidigal and Junior don't play He's obviously got a problem with Vidigal

We must have had about 600 passes today. Keeping possession is not the same as dominating. They were more than happy for us to have the ball because they know we don’t score many. They also know our defence and midfield are dire and they would get chances. We weren’t in control of anything. Savvy Managers know they can come to our place sit back for ages and still easily win. We lost 3-0 it could of been 5-0

Again a competent manager would do well with this lot
