He has the players to do better. He’s just too weak to use them. He’s built a team that suits a 4231 and he’s always using a 433 that plays to our weaknesses, not our strengths.
Now, he’ll jump on some reactionary chop and change until he eventually stumbles on a win. No game plan from AN apart from setting up a team that can run around a lot when out of possession by acting like statues in possession to conserve energy.

He's just pissed it away today, the goodwill and confidence that was building. Team selection was bizarre. No sign of a game plan on the pitch. I've been totally backing him but it wasnt the result, the performance was shocking. And honestly, the last few performances have been a massive step back. Stoke need a good manager. Go get Corberan I backed him till Leicester. Don’t think he’s the man to take us forward at all. No consistency and looks like a repeat of the bump in good form last year followed by a load of dross Totally agree We've had a 5 game unbeaten run, but to see the total lack of confidence in the players today, the passive approach, the negativity. He's not the man to take us forward. It's never going to work. That was the worst performance I've seen from a stoke team for a long time |

His season purple patch looking like a bad thing now as it will give him time. It did nothing but paper over the most obvious of cracks that too many refuse to see. I don’t think I will ever be optimistic with him in charge even if he flukes ten straight wins.
A well run club would have got rid of him but we will be paralysed for weeks to come and the season over……again.

Why it took 82 minutes to get what should have been our starting line up pretty much I don't know. However second half performance has to be one of the worst I've seen in a while, be it taking a corner that nearly cleared the width of the pitch, not finding a stoke shirt all second half, the ball going under his feet, shocking. And Bonham, Christ. The second goal he could have caught with one hand and knocked it straight back to him.
