He has amazingly quick feet. Now he’s developing an end product he will become a fantastic player. Hopefully he’ll be with us next season

If we have any chance of keeping him & Burger next season,we simply have to be in the Championship next season.

Annoying when some way he's lightweight. He really isn't, but the way he sometimes has to take the ball means he's already off balance. If he doesn't play and float about like he does, then he's not the same player. If you want him to be stronger then he ends up boring like everyone else we've had. He's different because of the way he plays which sometimes means he will get knocked off the ball, but then he's also more than capable of being strong when he's in a position to be, as shown yesterday.
Him and Manhoef could be excellent for us until the end of the season. They both beat their markers with ease yesterday.

For all the grief Jared Dublins been getting on this site, & I do get some of it may be justified.. is he really doing that bad a job of recruitment..?
The discovery & aquasition of Burger, Bae Jun Ho & even Manhoef, players I'll be honest I definitely didnt know anything about and am sure the case for many others aswell, are not only masterstrokes for the here and now, but may actually make us some big money on future outgoing transfer fees, when the times right I hasten to add!
Yes I get we made alot of other summer transfers that are questionable to some degree, but how many of these were actually Jared finds/recommendations or how much say did AN or RM have on a few of the these, for eg I can't imagine Daniel Johnson was anywhere on Dublins radar. & whilst Mmaee looks like being a gamble that hasn't paid off, he always could have been, & potentially still could if he comes back with a point to prove following his disciplinary matters being resolved.
Even the world's best clubs/managers/transfer set ups make mistakes on incomings, but sometimes you only know how someone's going to fit in once they actually start playing.
For someone that hasn't even been with us for 12mths yet, the unearthing of Burger, Bae Jun-Ho & actually Manhoef from early glimpses does actually give me a hope and excitement that he'll have other like players on his radar and will be ready to recommend to bring them in, in the upcoming seasons.
Aside from Arnie, & perhaps Souttar, when was the last time Stoke signed anyone that we've actually made money on any future transfer deals off players? If anything we've either had to pay players off, loan them out until contacts wear down, or they sit around cluttering the place.

Also has to be said in TP terms that he also appears to be a fantastic kiddie. Doesn't give up, never seems to be frustrated and just gets on with it for as long as he's on the pitch.
If we can get the ball to him and enough support around him I can really see us causing Leeds problems.

Prob we had with JunHo previously was our inability to get the ball into the last third . Burger and Baker playing well and Manhoef gives us a bit more of a direct threat. Things looking up

A self motivated player. Never found wanting for application, effort and determination. As it should always be for every player… Love how he gets pushed back at the end of this clip so he can rightly milk the applause.

Things looking up I think Burger is fine for Leeds, but whether he plays or not... We seem to have found two wide players who can cause problems. Like you say, we just need to get the ball to them and ensure the link up players are on the same wavelength.

I like the fact that when Million gets the ball, his first thought is head down and beat his man. Been missing that. Same team V Leeds then hopefully.

When's he going to have to do his national service then? Believe athletes and other groups can get an exemption if they bring national prestige .. I presume he and the club would apply for that ( if not already granted before we signed him ) clearly playing in the media hyped prem rather the Championship would further his cause Hopefully safe , unless the North play up ( they’re technically still at war ) Unfortunately the South Korean's rarely provide exceptions and, in a sporting sense, this tends to revolve around whether you have won anything that brings prestige to the country. Son (from Tottenham) had to do his basic military training (which he did during the Covid season) but was exempt from doing the full 18 months of military service because he was part of the team that won the Asian Games in 2018. There is apparently some South Korean boy band (BTS? If that rings any bells for anyone! 😂) that have sold millions of albums but have just had to start their military service. I only know this because I teach a couple of South Korean students who are big football fans. They plan on doing their 18 months when they finish their university degrees. It is all quite weirdly interesting!

Perhaps we can get him an exemption on mental health grounds ..after all you’d have to be mentally ill to sign for us , or even if you weren’t at the time I’m sure we could prove signing for us tips you over the edge 🙂 As above though joking apart a genuine concern

A self motivated player. Never found wanting for application, effort and determination. As it should always be for every player… Love that! To see Ayling, who spent the first 15 minutes trying to bully Junho, falling flat on his face as Junho shrugged him off with a tiny acceleration and then to go on to score. Brilliant pay back. I really like the way he just gets on with things without moaning or waving his arms. Great to see how the other players were pleased for him as much as for the goal. A very modest response from Junho to scoring until Rose pushed him towards the crowd and then he let himself smile and show emotion. Brilliant lad.

If you are unable to identify a great player when you see one, you might think it’s a stupid comment But time will prove me right. Just watch him next year with a good team and under a proper manager I never said he wasn’t a good player with potential. When he has dominated Liverpool, Man City, Arsenal ect midfield and played them off the park . When he has played for Barcelona . When he has been almost worshiped by a clubs supporters, then come back to me with your “ I told you so”

Somebody has been hitting the cooking sherry hard this Sunday 🤪 Not at all I make this comment in full Sobriety And time will Prove me right At the same age, Bojan had played nearly 100 games for Barcelona and scored 20 goals. No-one is saying that he doesn't have great potential and will probably become a top premiership player. But to say that he is "far, far" better than Bojan is just a ridiculous comment.

I love Bae but come on, bloody hell 😂 You just wait and watch him next year play with a decent team Under a proper manager, and then we will revisit this post Revisit it all you like, it's an absolutely ridiculous statement as of right here, right now. Bae has put in some good performances for a bottom half, second tier club. Bojan was putting in performances when we were a top half, top tier club. And that's after playing in one of the greatest club teams in Barcelona when they had the likes of Ronaldinho, Xavi, Iniesta, Puyol, Messi, etc. And after he'd beaten Messi's youth goalscoring record at Barca. Bae will be a top player, everyone can see that. But to say that he's far better than Bojan right here, right now, that's just silly.
