Because it's just so easy to go out and sign all the players you want at the touch of a button isn't it? Too much Football Manager. I mean we’ve shown it kind of is. Good question. Johnson already appears to be a consistent, competent performer. Tyrese has, as we know, a certain spice. From a squad perspective, Neil, I can imagine. would relish a fresh exciting Korean to enthuse and frighten for places. Against Rotherham, absolutely. Central, he would have continued to turn over their docility. Watford, Johnson's mass was appreciated as it was much tighter centrally and perhaps our Bae would have been lost. Then again, pardon the stereotype, but the Asian tenacity is marvellous so quite frankly, get him in, get him mixing! Your thoughts? I honestly don’t know but feels like as Alex has been quoted he’s going to get the players in that he needs and its up to them to fight it out and prove to him who should be in starting 11. I was just unsure of Bae’s natural position and who he’d be competing with for a start or coming on for from bench Certainly exciting. I mean, we all must admit he's an unknown to us all but some of the footage and reports, our squad would be knowing there's a spark coming in perhaps. This whole transfer period has felt that way to be honest. Last seasons 11 know they cant be drifting! |

Have no clue about any of the players we’ve signed this window but I’m at least liking the fact that we’re thinking outside the box and signing international players instead of crusty league one caliber English players like we did the last 4-5 years

We've made 4 separate bids for him, amongst interest and no doubt offers from elsewhere, to finally reach a point where the deal makes sense for both parties. We've travelled half way round the world to watch him, to make sure we do our homework and that the reality backs up the data that no doubt alerted him to Jared in the first place. His agent has travelled half way round the world to watch us (on more than one occasion) to ensure we're a good fit for his player. What the hell have we been fucking about at? Should have wrapped this one up in May. |
