I was really studying him on Saturday, and at Boro, and the main thing for me is that he gives the centre halves the easiest day out of the season. We didn't win either game because he was on the pitch. He doesn't CREATE anything, although arguably he looks comfortable on the ball when it arrives at his feet. Took his goal well at Boro from 6 yards out laid on a plate....
I am praying the Cannon lad has some Vardy twatishness rubbed off on him, we need our number 9 to be a real pain in the arse and make space for the wingers, and get on the end of the crosses.
In a nutshell, my 14 year old niece could mark Mmaee out of a game.

Not many of the questionable attitude lot left now and we’ve done well to get rid of so many. When you look at Mmaee, Laurent, Campbell and to a lesser extent Baker, it’s no wonder we had lethargy and an absence of guts coursing through the team. Fair play to Schu and the club for finally completing the circle. Now let’s see us go.

IMO judging by his lack of effort in the boro game and the Plymouth game he will not be missed and gives Tezgel and Lowe when hes back a better chance to progress. He has never really shown any level of good intent.

It’s a really frustrating one this is, technically he is good, he has a good finish on him, but we just haven’t seen enough of it, it’s his lack of effort that screams out at you.
You never know, he may go on to score a few goals out on loan and in January we may give him another shot.

I think we've tried to make it work and maybe he even has too, at least judging by what was said in the summer. He probably is suited to a slower pace, but I still think he's a decent player, however, it's clearly not going to happen for him here now, and we have some more than capable replacements - especially with Gallagher hopefully back soon too.
I don't think SS has ever tried to throw him under the bus since reintegrating him back into the squad, he's always seemed to try and mention him and involve him when he could. I don't think either party wanted it to fail.

Doubtful we've paid more than the initial £1.75m that was reported. Think the Hungarian reports suggested most of the rest was payable on promotion.
So in the unlikely event they bought him, we would theoretically make a profit. Seems massively unlikely an Austrian club would pay that. Certainly in our interests he has a good season
