Lazy attitude & not going to do anything in a high pressing team, cos he can’t be arsed to press. Saturday was as clear as day he just didn’t fit in and just wanted t everyone to play the ball to him, without having to break sweat. There is not a footballer in there - good riddance, just gosl line poacher at best, if he could make the effort to get in the box in the first place. The squad and team will be so much better without this loner. Fuck me Stoke fans are embarrassing. 'He can't be arsed' - have you played 90 minutes of football recently or ever? Just because somebody isn't sprinting down centre halves every minute doesn't mean they can't be arsed. Mmaee didn't lose the ball on Saturday when it was hopelessly played to him. He didn't have a single chance laid on for him either. And yet when Koumas was played centrally we managed to lay on several chances and with balls played through the defence. Why? Because Koumas created the space by making RUNS. He also pressed defenders when required. Mmaee does neither of those things.

Who will Fraser comment on now if/when he goes to Vienna ?
Jokes about being Rapid in Vienna & "Goodnight" Vienna to be added ad hoc

Because he’s a better player in all departments His attitude is spot on also You can't seriously believe Ennis is a better finisher and has a better first touch than Mmaee? His attitude and application are three times better than Mmaee And yeah in the times he’s been on the pitch this season he’s offered more both as an outlet and harrying opponents Saturday proved that

Because he’s a better player in all departments His attitude is spot on also You can't seriously believe Ennis is a better finisher and has a better first touch than Mmaee? The simple fact Mmaee stays on his feet and doesn’t fall over at every contact with a player or the ball, makes him better than Ennis.

Looking at their record transfers, chances of them buying him look remote. They've only ever paid that sum twice, and not for nearly a decade. Hopefully he scores a load of goals between now and Jan, then we recall him and sell him for a profit. Only problem I see with this is Cannon must have a recall option in his contract,so if cannon goes back then we have him back

The january recall option is worrying. Maybe an option if Koumas go back to Liverpool or if Cannon go back to Leicester

He took the piss last season, has come back and shown less interest than I have in Port Vale and it looks like the club are cutting him loose when they haven’t signed a replacement It’s not rocket science

Every loan has a recall option, whether it’s printed or not in the press. I know this from a 100% reliable source - no loans are for the full term if the parent club wants the player back

Think some of the comments are harsh, but my own observations of Ryan are
- He is pretty calm in front of goal, when he gets a chance he looks like he will score - But the problem is he isnt an old fashioned #9, he doesnt hold the ball up, and does go missing for large parts of games - me and my lad commented on Saturday that Mills had all the chances, Mmaae was nowhere to be seen in and around the area or latching onto the through balls - Doesnt appear to have a great deal of pace or strength - Does love a good flick though, and when they come off it looks genius (also see Wouter Burger for this!), but when they dont its just giving possession back, and thats 90% of the time - Is deffo a footballer in there, but unsure if the rough and ready, speedy nature of the Champo is for him necessarily - would probs do well in Italy/Spain where its slower and more time on the ball
If he does go I hope he does well, same with Vidi, I think this league is just too physical for them. Compare to Koumas, Bae and Mills (who has strengthened over the summer) who had adapted well. Burger I love to bits but does need to be stronger and a bit less rash at times. And look to play forward as his first instinct is to pass backwards blindly, it nearly got us in trouble again on Sat.

However as you’ve now failed to answer the question twice, I’m assuming you don’t believe he’s a better finisher, or has a better first touch. So your initial comment of Ennis being better “in every department” isn’t actually true is it.

Ryan Mmae is just a convenient stick for them to beat the manager with. I'm actually not fussed if Mmaee goes now, we have better options ahead of him and it creates more of a pathway for Tezgel. However statements such as "Ennis is better in every department" just aren't true. There's more of an agenda against Mmaee than there is for him.

What’s with the love in with him? He’s done well to dine out on the ‘might come good/ there’s a player in there somewhere’ line for as long as he has, between being jettisoned by the manager and being injured, he’s shown very little apart from a few deft touches here and there. Him going would be no loss what so ever.

Didn't see this coming.
Was excited to have such a varied pool of talent in the final third. And I had some belief he would come good this year.
I suppose its good for business if someone else pays his wages if he is second or third in the pecking order. Hopefully he can find some form and confiedence elsewhere.

I know this from a 100% reliable source - no loans are for the full term if the parent club wants the player back When Travers was recalled by Bournemouth they practically had to go to the Hague. Why so if it is always easy to recall? Was it before the transfer window? i.e. do the loaning club only have the option in January?

He didn't say that though did he? He's been massively misquoted. He was referring to his injury and said when he's fit and CAN run around, i.e. now when he's back. But yeah he's obviously going so he does clearly not favour him. You cant read between the lines? If SS rated him and thought it was just a fitness issue he would still be here. Use your brain. Shut up you widge. I clearly said he doesn't rate him but SS did not say he doesn't run around enough. Fans are just misquoting him to perpetuate their bullshit hardon for Andy Cooke and Ade Akinbiyi type strikers. Mmaee's pressing is fine but he doesn't make runs in behind, he comes deep.

It’s frustrating because there’s clearly a player in there but it just hasnt translated into being good in the Championship.
Loan until January and then sell him to Jared would be ideal.

Always going to have issues once put on the naughty step, and again looking at his previous club history he doesn't settle very well. Can't say I'll miss someone who featured for probably less than the 1/2 the total of games last year. Our up and coming new-boys look more the deal.
