I guess by using him in our last friendly means a contract is due. What bothers me, is why PNE just signed him for 6 months, and then let him go.

Personally i dont get all the Thomson bashing we were worse today without him than with him and he will start v Rotherham if pearson can’t He may have had a half-decent game today but even so having to resort to him if Pearson can’t play send shivers down my spine. We’ve had a load of wrong’uns since 2016. He maybe too, but if it’s just one we can manage, and maybe he’s not. Plus he won’t cost the £100 million that the Hughes and others cost us to find out. So, on balance, a cautious… yeah ok. Ace. |
