Cocked up kids season ticket renewal

I've got three season tickets, two for me and my dad and one for my child which was sorted mid last season.

I wanted to renew mine and dad's because we've had our seats forever and day but try and find a slightly closer seat for the child as her actual seat is about 6 away so figured I could wait until today.

However it's now telling me that I can't sort her season ticket without the purchase of an adults season ticket.

Any easy way of fixing this? Ticket office is closed until Monday. Must admit, the Stoke website is just shit isn't it? It shouldn't be this complicated to sort a ST.

Also after the deadline last night there is now a break until seat swap period next week? You did make a mistake should of just purchased the ticket then swapped it closer next week when the window for swapping opens, sure the ticket office will sort it out when they open back up good luck👍

Tickets are now off sale until the 12th June  ..seat swaps start on the 5th June

So you’ve time to speak to the TO ..to see what they say .. speak to them next week

I think the best thing you can do is ring them on Tuesday. You can explain the situation I’m sure and then once the seat swap kicks in hopefully you can all come together?

Yes talk to the ticket office first thing Tuesday. About 12 years ago the seat next to my mum and dad became available and I wanted to have it. Because it had been a season ticket the previous season I couldn't until the exchange seats period. I rang them and explained that I knew it was coming available and why I wanted it. They didn't let me buy it but reserved it for me for 24 hours after the seat swap started.

I do all interactions on the phone as staff are always dead helpful so sure they'll sort you out on Tuesday

All sounds positive so hopefully I can sort it. It would have been 23 quid to renew for her so hopefully it still is. I just know a number of people around me are sacking it off next season. I was certainly considering it until I took her to see the Burnley game at home. She's been absolutely glued to it since, even shunning the Mini Disco on holiday and having a strop because she wanted play football kids eh?

She can't name a single other player, but she knows Morgan Fox is shit as well!!! She keeps asking "is Morgan Fox the worst player?". No idea where she's picked up up from, but that's the Boothen for you.

I understand your anxiety but I am sure it will sought out
I have always found The Ticket office to be excellent when speaking to them dirrectly.

I also have three tickets, one for my grandson. When originally purchased we were six seats apart but they soon sorted it out.
