I've just finished a mini bag of twiglets and very nice they were too.
I was reminded of my childhood and wondered who else remembers when twiglets were 6" to 8" long and were sold in boxes?
Can anyone else remember favourite food that has changed over the years or is no longer available?
Things I remember from when I were a kid are Opal Mints (Which became Pacers) - No longer available Puffa Puffa rice cereal - No longer available Walls Pork & Apple pasties - Which I have managed to recreate myself. If anyone wants the recipe just shout Creamola Pudding - Just researched this and it was discontinued but I have found a recipe but have yet to try it.
Anything else folks?

"fresh air pies" from standard catering at the Vic Most of what I liked are probably still available to everybody else, but my missus reckons they aren't available in our house
