there is no effort from him, from what he was to this season something aint right also Tymon seems well off it, and Campbel enough said about him the guy is awful made Captain , new contract and now crap ,he has just gone down hill after a great start |

Not enough winners in the squad
A manager that comes in and demands more from players and players don’t like it. Shock as players don’t perform
The manager needs the opportunity to bring in players that have the winning he is looking for

The problem is the team...Theyre made up of wannabees and loan players and some who just arent good enough. They have changed the shape and most of them have played in positions not meant for them. All this because we delayed sacking O'Neil and allowed him to bring in this shower. 5 loan players in the squad today and what do any of them bring to the table. We need a rebuild of a TEAM. I fear relegation may be the only way that can happen unless Neil can turn it around in the short and rebuild in the summer because there is no way SCFC are forking out £3.75m to dump him this week.

An abject squad he inherited for sure but we’ve definitely gone backwards since he came in.
What happens? Give him a transfer window, two transfer windows?
Doesn’t look like he’s galvanising the team to me.
Like his predecessor he has no idea what his best formation/players are.
Does it come from the top? How much influence do they have on team affairs?
We’ve got some good players who aren’t performing, why is that?
Are they mercenaries looking for an easy wage at Stoke? Are they not invested in the managers philosophy? Lots of questions to answer with not many answers forthcoming
