Seem to remember the old Bill were called, and they even made the front of The Sentinel. Live From Leeds was my favourite album of theirs, mate of mine had it on white vinyl from Mike Lloyds I'm desperatley trying to remember and I'm sure you're right, the Rozzers stopped it! They were great fun the Macc Lads, bit like Half Man Half Buscuit meets Motorhead!! ;D

Good shout with the Murphys ,Mozza Seen The Pogues and SLF about 15 times each- always worth seeing. Bouncing Souls in Denver- Green Day over a good 10-12 year spell but wish they'd change their set the odd time-new stuff aside. Rancid were great, The Who excellent as you'd expect- one show at the Albert Hall sticks out Dave Ash and his guitar at a pub in maybank wins though- that guy had some bottle to do a whole set the stick he was getting. Oddly never made the big time Great rendition of 'Peggy Sue'

The Wonder Stuff at Bescot Stadium with PWEI & Kingmaker supporting.
I've seen the Fall a couple of times and come out laughing and thinking "what the fuck" as well. If you haven't seen the Fall, you really should before Mr Smith dies. I guarantee you have never seen anything like them.

i would say the charlatans DEFINITELY... must see band... Saw them at Twickenham a couple of years back, supporting the Rolling Stones, thought they were excellent. The Stones were awesome! ;D
