Bringing in one centre back who isn’t even fit to replace your best defender, never mind shifting Flint out to shave numbers is walking a tightrope where Fox and Jagielka may form a defensive partnership that will strike fear into Championship forwards. I can only assume that Taylor, who now takes on an importance in the squad only hinted at by Bayern, is not injured too badly.

It will be interesting to see what happens over the next few hours and any subsequent fall out from it.
Can't imagine the manager will be happy with Souttar out and one unfit, injured loanee to replace him on loan - should it transpire like that.
That said, if it does turn out like that then he and his mate upstairs have to shoulder most of the blame given the setup of the club.
Let's wait and see, there might be more things going on yet.
