I don’t know how to post photos on here so here it is…
Sheff Utd 15.2 Stoke 14.0 West Brom 13.9 Norwich 13.8 Millwall 13.1 QPR 12.7 Luton 12.6 Sunderland 12.6 Burnley 12.5 Boro 12.1 Swansea 11.9 Blackpool 11.7
The shots ratio must be a lot higher than under O’Neil, We just need our strikers to get their shooting boots on now.

Interesting metric. What do we look like on expected goals? I'd imagine quite a bit lower which then makes our shots per game look desperate, or ill thought out, which is how it has felt so far. If we can end the season with more certainty about our squad going into next season, mid table, with players developing and an upwards trajectory it will be a good season based upon where we are right now.

Goals expected is - 1.86 H 1.52 A & 1.69 overall. Which puts us 4th in that table. Our shots have been desperate to be fair, Especially the Rotherham game. Edit - So based on the goals expected at home & 0 scored in the previous two home games, we’re going to put 5 past Birmingham 😁

I reckon 50% of our shots are Lewis Baker from outside the box.
He likes a shot!

I reckon 50% of our shots are Lewis Baker from outside the box. He likes a shot! He’s surprised me the last few games as I don’t feel he’s been getting forward much. With his finishing you’d think that he would be on the edge of the box at every opportunity.

If my stats are correct and only looking at league games then:
Michael O'Neill - 13.2 shots attempted per game, 4.2 on target per game, 12 shots conceded per game, 3.2 shots conceded on target per game. Alex Neil - 15.2 shots attempted per game, 4.5 on target per game, 11.6 shots conceded per game, 3.4 shots conceded on target per game.

We're definitely getting more looks and shooting more which is nice and all, but the finishing has been far below sub par. With Gayle, Brown, Campbell, Baker, Powell... We should be converting more it just inexcusable in the stats and on paper.
