Didn't you see the Delap training video posted up on here? Hard to see how we're not making this a walk in the park after such an impressive example of our training regime. .and the Bristol warm up these are the little things that say a lot qe are being out fought time and tine again physicality and fitness remains a huge issue Both long standing issues that simply have not been addressed Might explain the tendency towards injury prone players too?  |
