Disturbed were faaaabulous, even better for the fact they played longer to make up for Kid Rock not turning up Highlight of my weekend was Airbourne, truly stunning. Low point was Offspring (sorry 606!), Im not a big fan and they just didnt excite me.

We left and went up to the Village in the end and I was cursing my mate because I wanted to go see HIM and she chose offspring lol Airbourne are at Viccy Hall in November, its a must! I spent ages on the phone to them yesterday trying to persuade them to allow my daughter in (she will be 11 at the time) because she loves them. They eventually relented and said she would be allowed in but was I aware there would be swearing?! No shit!?

Nothing of any great importance really, couple of Mill gigs and thats about it. We are going to L.A in July so I'm saving for that, maybe when Student Loan comes through in September I'll have a think. Still hoping and praying for The Used to tour the UK this year, I know they did Give It A Name but its a short headliner set and I want a proper tour dammit!

Paramore were good live, another fabulous live band (Dont laugh!) was Panic at the disco, who were almost album perfect and excellent showmen. I have had the misfortune of witnessing Fallout Boy 3 times and they are truly the worlds most dire live band...
Metallica were stunning at Download 06, would have preferred to have seen the Cliff Burton lineup, but it was not to be (My Mum wouldnt let me go when they played aeons ago!), but Im picky with my Metallica, I really didnt like a great deal of their stuff after ...and Justice.

Would love to have seen them for That set with Master of Puppets whole way though but St Anger is crap
