I’m amazed so many want to keep O’Neill. Different reasons I’m sure but how you can be satisfied with the performances/team selections/substitutions/league position is unfathomable to me. We could still sack now and get a new guy in at the end of the season by the way.

Out.
Farke and Bielsa currently out of work. Both would be improvements. Both would have ten or so free games to assess the squad before the end of the season. Ideal.
Bet we leave it too late. Again.

I'll wait to the end of the season, at the moment I'm inclined to out. Seems to have completely lost the plot since January, when I thought we would crack on.

In. Perpetual management changes simply do not work the vast majority of the time. Decent foundations take time to build.

I've been all for keeping him up until the last half dozen games. But since then he's been clueless in both his team selection and the tactics. He's clearly run out of ideas and is at the straw clutching stage. I really don't see him turning things around so for that reason, I'm out.

Out. End of the season latest. The new manager will need at least a full pre season and even better a few games at the end of this one. I feel a bit sorry for him as he seems a genuine guy and there’s been some good moments but they’re far outweighs by the bad and really bad unfortunately. He’s out of his depth in this league.

In. With 11 games to go we've got nothing to win or lose until the end of the season. Having quickly replaced four managers since we were relegated, it doesn't give me any confidence that things would get better if the Board sacked MON, and I'm getting sick and tired of this merry-go-round, which seems to be getting us nowhere.
OS.

And by that I mean not Bielsa as he is a non-starter as he woukd want a huge budget.

And by that I mean not Bielsa as he is a non-starter as he woukd want a huge budget. I suppose a lot depends on who we could ‘tempt’ and who we could afford. Also, and I know it’s possible, but who would make us worse? As in worse than we currently are? I’d dare bet not many could drop the ball as badly as O’Neill is. Lee Bowyer would be a possibility, but not sure how much better he would be. Mark Robins would probably see us as a more attractive proposition and has done very well this season. Valérien Ismaël, not sure about him but would be a different type of manager. Jokanovic knows the league and has a great ppg return, I’d happily take him for a few seasons. Like I say, I don’t know how likely any are, but I want a change and I hope the powers that be oblige. We can’t continue like this, it is pitiful . Left left left of field Diego Martinez, not while Coates Is at Stoke would it happen but it’d be a ride!
