Did mean to post this yesterday, sorry!
Import fans are in for a rough morning today, as it seems Nintendo's latest Wii update kills Datel's Wii Freeloader.
According to Kotaku, a number of Australian Wii owners who've installed firmware 3.3 are reporting that their games from America and Japan no longer work on their PAL consoles.
The update also removes the Twilight Princess save game exploit that homebrew enthusiasts used to get everything from Hello World to Tetris running on the system.
It's not all bad news though. You can now move a Mii from the Mii Plaza directly into the Mii Parade directly using a new icon.
Okay, that's no consolation for all those that now have a now useless import copy of Smash Bros. Brawl. But we can't say we're surprised.
