Two of the most exciting and most memorable England games I ever saw were full bloodied friendlies v Argentina and Brazil in the 80s. The Argentinian game memorable for a first sighting of a 19 year old Maradona. I'll never forget that game, what a player. Still think he's the best player I ever saw live.

All looked like they could be the player to finally get us over the line and win another trophy.

All fell short for one reason or another.

Bellingham has all the signs of being that little bit more special.

Teams that do well at tournaments often have a player who joins the fold at a late stage. So Southo shouldn't be afraid to get Mainoo involved
