No, where you have to pass through 2 other countries to get to the sea, and the Caspian sea doesn't count as it's landlocked That’s correct. Another way of looking at is the double landlocked country is surrounded by countries that are in themselves landlocked eg Lichtenstein is surrounded by Austria and Switzerland which are both landlocked. In your example Nepal is landlocked but not double landlocked as you can get from Nepal to the sea via one other country, India. It was Zombees example  |
