Ahh he's alive... and talking the same negative excuse ridden bollocks as he has for the last 8 months.
Roll on August, can't wait.

Why do you like watching shit football? He'll be gone by the time the tinsel comes down, he hasn't got the buffer of a season of empty stadia this time. Empty seats🤔The club have sold more tickets than this time last year on the early bird. Who’s says that , my next door neighbour works down stoke and she says they sold less than 15K

I appreciate he has to manage expectations, but I don't think the majority of fans could have their expectations any lower. Really uninspiring and sets the tone for the coming season.

Stunned the idiot is still in a job and as for trusting him to spend money, good God no please. Thoroughly depressing he has the nerve to sit there and talk about goings on. Joke of a club with clowns running it. Easy……don’t bother fucking going then. Why didn't you go the whole hog and tell him to fuck off up The Vale. The acceptance of mediocrity in our fan base is unbelievable. He had a good spell when he came in and that was it. His brain farts started during the first lockdown with bizarre team selections. It has been subsequently been compounded by two seasons of putrid, pedestrian football while he's hid behind FFP and injuries despite having resources and a squad better than most in the division. In short expect more of the same. We have a golden opportunity with so many players leaving for a fresh start . A new man with new ideas. Yet we'll get more of the same overseen by a board who have learnt nothing and are fast asleep.

Utterly depressing interview. No money spend, actively talking up the prospect of selling one of our youngsters.

He hasn't hidden behind injuries at all, in fact the opposite. Would have been quite entitled to with the amount we had . Mentioning it is in no way hiding behind anything. Next season has to be much better no one is denying that

Wrong again , the only clowns are the idiots who want him to stay and endure another season of dull tedious football Again? The owners make those decisions not you or the void The fans always talk in the end. Anyway, why do you like supporting a club lacking in ambition with a dull manager? Are you equally unambitious and mediocre in your everyday life?

As is their willingness to gloat over a lame duck of a manager remaining in situ. It's almost like supporting a boring club and beige team is a badge of honour. It's very odd.

I have a very good friend who’s had dealings with them and believe me it’s hilariously funny especially with the idiot son in charge, Nixon alluded to something along the same lines last week. Only one way this will turn out

Next season has to be much better no one is denying that The very fact that we are sticking with a manager who would have been sacked at any other football club is by association accepting mediocrity. I fail to see how anyone can defend him as a manager. Outside of clubs with parachute payments he's been well backed and there is no evidence he's anywhere closer to getting it right.

Lots of pre-emptive "not me guv" rhetoric to ward against future failure and zero reference to nor explanation for the *horrorific* run of results we endured to kybosh any hopes of play-offs - he's had his chance and he's not up to the mark.....unfortunately our owners haven't got the balls to do anything about it...... so on it goes. How come plenty of other teams have made a fist of getting into or almost into the playoffs without spending fortunes??

It'll be interesting to see what they do about his contract.
Will they extend it by 12 months, put him on a rolling 12-month deal so he's always got 12 months left - or just let the situation play out as he enters his last year and effectively put him on probation, knowing that he's got to do well this season or face being let go this time next year, like Warburton and Mowbray?

Please don't give him another contract..tell him, get into the play offs minimum, if not bye bye..
