To be fair to MVG he's carrying an injury. Not a massive fan of his though.

Not a fan of Mvg or Littler tbh. Littler seems to be getting more arrogant with every passing week.
Like Humpries, ASP and Cross most at the moment.

I'd prefer him to show more humility rather than showboating. The guys he's playing are seasoned pros, not random blokes you beat in the pub. He also needs to careful of his weight as well. He seems to be growing outwards by the week too.

Littler just comes across as a bit rude but he's young and a year or two on the tour with the older players might knock that out of him. He's in a bit of a whirlwind at the moment but definitely needs to show people who beat him a bit more respect rather than turning his back on them leaving the hanging. Success is the biggest mind game any player needs if he is indeed playing mind games

I'm a stickler for manners, I'm polite and hate poor manners which sadly a lot of people are lacking. I won't lower my standards though and those standards apply to my kids and they know it. Littler is rude, as a parent he would get a bollocking off me for sure no matter how old he is. He's young but he needs to learn to respect others or people will turn against him.

Was only joshing On the whole you are probably right, the lack of manners amongst everyone has fallen a hell of a lot. I hold the door open for people, I give way to people in door ways at shops, I pull over to let people through and very often I don't even get acknowledged, people just pass through and blank me. It's like people think they have the right of way, or it's their road. If young people lack manners it's because the older generations don't have them. Sometimes I feel like saying something and I probably should because manners is a pet hate of mine but I just bite my lip and carry on. If I'm honest bad manners really pisses me off. If I give way to 10 people when driving I reckon I would be lucky if 5 people waved or flashed as a way of saying thank you. A few years ago only 2 or 3 would probably blank me but it's easily doubled or more the last few years. For me this is an indicator of how nasty this country is becoming.

All it does is turn the crowd against you. Why put even more pressure on yourself?

Littler is definitely on a high and fair play to him, age 17 playing like that against seasoned pros. However it's way to early to compare him to Taylor. Remember when everybody said Lewis was the next big thing after winning two world championships. It can go pretty sour pretty easily, not saying it well but it's possible.
Got to say Humphries is the best at the moment. The bloke shows no emotion and he just keeps going like a robot. No wonder he's nicknamed cool hand Luke. Seems a decent enough guy aswell.

I think Littler could be like Steve Davis, on a streak for 4-5 years then overpowered by the next generation. Littler has come through that academy system and will be aware of those following him through. I think he knows he needs to make his money now whilst he's ultra competitive.

How boring was Gilding? So slow.
Good match now between Smith and Cross. I like both so no real preference.
Think Cross would maybe put up more of a fight vs Humphries in the form that he's in.
