Great result for Sunderland today, good response especially with no manager still don't understand why they got rid of him

At least we've got a manager change up our sleeve still if required! Blues sacked a manager who they were on a roll with & have now self destructed! 5pts from 27, & 4pts of those came v Sheff Weds & Rotherham! Great effort that Wayne 👏🏻 👍🏻 😉🤣 ! This is nothing new to Birmingham. Various owners there have had a tendency to press an impressive self destruct button… en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gianfranco_ZolaOn 14 December 2016, Zola was named manager of EFL Championship club Birmingham City, replacing Gary Rowett who had been sacked earlier that day. At the time, Birmingham sat 7th in the table, outside the playoff positions only on goal difference. Three days later, the team conceded a late goal to lose his first game in charge 2–1 at home to second-placed Brighton & Hove Albion. They did not win until Zola's 11th match in charge, a 1–0 win over Fulham on 4 February 2017. On 17 April, Zola resigned as manager following a 2–0 home defeat to Burton Albion which left the team just three points above the relegation zone with three matches remaining. They had won just twice during his 24-match tenure. They ditched Chris Hughton off aswell when he was doing OK for them, he had a 41% win record for them at the time aswell!

With basically travelling the last 3 weeks I cba to go today, went to my local grassroots team, a bit wet and wild and they beat Stafford Town 2-0, a hardy 81 braved the elements.

Villa are class. Wish we got a manager of Emery’s class when we were good enough.

Another excellent win for Villa. Arsenal played pretty well but Villa have the heart and teamwork, something we can only dream of

Looking at how happy Villa fans were at the end. We can only dream 🙄😢 Mental isn't it when you watch how football CAN be played. Was going to say it’s like watching football on a different planet. But after watching that today it’s a universe. To think what we were 8 years ago to now. heartbreaking. How embarrassing it’s going to be Tuesday night. Half empty stadium and Muniesa in attendance. Like Bojan a bit back. He’ll wonder how it’s come to this. Fucking embarrassing Stoke. Embarrassing. Anyway. See you Tuesday 🙄

Arteta has to be the biggest prick in football management at the moment.
What a tosser with his comments.

Noticed Nantwich beat National League York City today in the cup. York had David Stockdale in goal. Big upset.

Strange to see Wolves and Notts Forest both wearing yellow and black. Why cant Forest just wear their first strip? Isn't that allowed anymore?

Copy email I sent to stoke in 2018:
'It does appear that the club is going to be relegated this season and thoughts must turn to recruitment for next season.
I live in Scotland and watch a lot of football. JOHN MCGINN is still young, and is already a superb all round, all-action midfielder. I have watched him many times, and know several HIBS supporters who rate him highly. He has a hunger to win which is evident in his game.
He has already been called up to the Scotland squad. He will be available this summer for 4-5 million quid, and would be a good money-saving replacement for Joe Allen.
I understand you probably already have scouts in Scotland so please therefore ask their opinion. This is a player who is ideal for next seasons' promotion push'

Yes, forgot that Hughton was there; looks to have had enough of management these days! That 41% is a big improvement on our current efforts!

Clever crafty move by sky today. Usually a bloke presenting with a panel. Today they've got Kelly dalglish doing it in a bright red dress knowing Joey Barton is a dalglish fan and is a red anyway?
I don't mind them doing the presenting side, it's the pundits they can stay from for me, oh and the commentary
