I really don’t know much about him mate He did very well at Frankfurt I've seen a few games as my lad lives out there and I think Palace have got a bit of a coup with him and I hope he does well. He interrupted his meal to come over to us and posed for pictures with my nephew who is autistic even though my nephew had his Vale coat on 😁

'Former Sheffield Wednesday and Leeds United boss Garry Monk has been named as the new Cambridge United head coach on a contract to the summer of 2026.
The 44-year-old replaces Neil Harris, who quit the U's after just 17 games in charge to take over at Millwall.'

The only quote I can find relating to this is that he has been 'waiting for the right job to come along' That's what I used to tell tell them at the Job Centre back in the day.

Tom Cleverley appointed Watford manager on an interim basis.
Ismael sacked.

Watford regularly touted as the way to do things manager-wise by rival teams... It was ridiculous when they sacked Edwards after about 10 matches and then Bilic when he was doing alright. Weirdly for them, they gave Ismael almost a year.

When Watford appoint a new manager they will have had more permanent coaches since 2012 than Arsenal have had in their entire 140 year history.

Always liked Warnock. Everyone else seems to hate him but he’s a man after my own heart with how passionate he is.

Always liked Warnock. Everyone else seems to hate him but he’s a man after my own heart with how passionate he is. It's because he's a massive cheat When he was Notts County manager I went to a reserve match and he was screaming at his player to break a Stoke players legs He rants at referees and is always wrong None of that is passion, just being a twat Two sides to him, when he's relaxed talking as a pundit for example he's a great bloke

passionately hates Stoke lest we forget 9 games as interim at Birmingham ? Doubt they can afford it, Blues possibly in the most trouble of all the sides in danger However Mowbray may return at some point

If Rowert takes over at Birmingham and Warnock goes to Plymouth, I’d be getting seriously worried.

Definitely be a shot in the arm for the Blues that will. The fans in general always liked Rowett and he was one of them Blues sackings in the same mold as Eustace, ditched whilst actually doing OK. One thing you can say about Gary's teams are they're usually hard to play against.. He'll make them much tighter at the back and whilst they'll play unspectacularly, they'll likely have enough in them now with him at the helm to give them the required points to stay out of the relegation position. Blues fans are calling Rowett the 'Manager of the Month' already!! ie they've had so many this season he's quite literally their manager of the month!
