Just renewed and did it over the phone because the website seems shite and it was very quick, easy and efficient. 2 in the queue and took 2 minutes to sort it. Good work from the ticket office! I'm the same, I could not match client ref with account at all, even though all the details were correct, I'm pretty tech savy too. It's just a dreadful system. Spent about 2 mins on phone to renew. Exactly the same here, it's been fucked since they merged the scfcdirect, the club videos into this new single sign on system. Apparently I don't have a client ref even though I can see it on membership page!!!. I was told last time if there was a comma or space or any difference in your address it wouldnt match. They should be matching on my name and client ref that's the unique part. The IT is totally wank. Rang up it was done in no time.

The phone service has been brilliant whenever I've called to be honest. I don't even bother trying the website anymore.

For the first time in over thirty years I've been pondering since the end of the season whether to renew my season ticket or not. I really hate all the money and politics that has escalated in the game and the football last season in my opinion was pretty awful in the main and I honestly can't see there will be much improvement in the near future. My wife was telling me what other things I could do with my money and time and to be honest I was very very tempted. However, at 11.46pm last night I pressed the 'pay' button and here I am ready for whatever will happen in 2021/22. Go on you Might Potters !!!!!! You mad fool you

As mentioned by other done in no time and updated details during same call. It's even more baffling to think they are ran by Bet365.

Surely they could get the IT experts in that bet365 use to remodel it? They've also missed the ultimate opportunity, an entire year of zero ticket sales so they could have safely taken the system down and completely rebuilt it. Rather than trying to improve it while the system is live which is probably why the merger with scfcdirect has been so bad.

Managed to renew mine online. My brother tries to do his, allegedly didn’t have an account (when his is the main one we buy away tickets off of) then tried to log into my account, only for it to tell me my client ref isn’t linked, even though it was the day before.
A dreadful system since they needlessly changed to ‘mystoke’ or whatever.

The Website is beyond awful. It’s an embarrassment to the club. Did Scholes take a 2 day HTML course and cobble it together in his lunch break?

How soon do they open the seat swap up please I've already asked them a few times and they are being very vague about it, they just keep saying they normally have one, but don't know if they will be this year, I've said well how would we be able to move seats then and they can't give an answer, don't really get it tbh

I suspect that the Seat Swap situation is at the moment very much on the back burner.
With, as yet , unknown possible Covid social distancing rules and maybe even crowd number restrictions it is going to be a logistical nightmare for some body to organise, and then implement.
As usual we will probably not be told how many ST have been sold , but any not renewed empty seats would be very valuable in the rearrangements if they are required. ⚓️

Anybody have any idea on the numbers on the season ticket sales.. attendance must be over 20,000 for the reading game surely It will be interesting to see the final figures. I swapped seats this year and there were loads in block 31 to choose from. I could get 5 and 6 seats in a row right on the halfway line. I did a quick browse around the rest of the stadium and it was a similar story. It didn't look like we'd sold many at all...

I thought we would have sold well over 20000 season tickets. Maybe some folks haven't much missed as much as I thought they would.

I was last on about 2 weeks ago so I wouldn't have thought they would have shifted that many seats in that time frame. I was genuinely surprised as I've moved two members of my family next to me on the halfway line and I had loads to choose from. The last couple of seasons has been proper dead man's shoes territory with no space at all.

That was before the mid-price tickets came out, we usually sell a surprising amount of them and also bizarrely full price tickets. I guess not everyone knows they can have one until last minute due to work commitments etc…..

"New season cards will be dispatched from July in time for the start of the season" Yep .. email confirmation for the Crewe ticket also reaffirms that … together with a paragraph covering return of fans ..that’s still a developing story ‘We will be in touch nearer to the start of the season with information about the safe return of fans and what you can expect at the bet365 Stadium. New season cards will be dispatched from July in time for the start of the season. Your 10% off retail voucher for 21/22 home and away shirts throughout August will be posted out with your new Season Card and will also include all subsequent retail offers for the upcoming season.
