There's no hypocrisy like Big Four Hypocrisy. BBC Site: Liverpool have dismissed claims that Fernando Torres could be tempted away from Anfield by a massive bid from new Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari. Liverpool chief executive Rick Parry told BBC Sport: "Fernando Torres is just not for sale to anyone. "It is as simple as that, really - he is not going anywhere." Same site: Liverpool will make an improved offer to sign Aston Villa captain Gareth Barry after having a second bid - believed to be £13m - turned down. BBC Sport understands boss Rafael Benitez is poised to go back to Villa in a renewed attempt to bring the acrimonious saga to a conclusion.

money talks in the prem.liverpool are "bigger" than aston villa, so they bully them into letting him go.chelsea are "bigger" than liverpool,so they are trying to bully them to get torres.real madrid are alot bigger than man ure, so they are bullying them with this ronaldo shit. hopefuly one day a top team will implode.it may put an end then to £200,000 per week wages for one bloke.its sickening.

Would love one of these so called teams to get fucked over in the financial stakes and go to the wall big style, . What like Leeds? ;D Liverpool will be next. Fooking scousers weren't moaning when the yanks came and they thought they would be able to compete with Manure and Chelski did they? I hate to say it but aren't Arsenal the only team up there without 'buying' their position?
