Always fried mine in the past, but had a dabble with grilling it...much tastier and probably healthier... How do you take yours...

Grilled every time. For sausages I don't fry or grill, I get them from a butcher in Ludlow who told me oven cook with couple do tablespoons of water to keep moist and stop them catching and done that ever since. But grilled bacon is perfect every time. Managed to get some oatcakes in Sainsbury's Telford today so that was an excuse for bacon

Fried in lard Then if you eat them cold there’s a bit of lard on the outside to help them down

She does an awesome scotch egg. Bacon (it’s septic bacon so you wouldn’t understand) good, nice crispy, good flavor. Awesome chicken tenders. She did a burger, I haven’t had one yet but she said it was good. Did a nice potato, I par boiled and then gave it the air fry. Covered in chilli, cheese and ham pieces, very good. I really want to do a corned beef and potato croquette so... we’ll see.

I use my air fryer for all sorts of delights, it’s fantastic for crispy chicken🤤

Oh to be able to get good bacon Can't you get it in the US? Oh by the knees of Ian Cranston no. And do not get me started on sausage. Ask an American butcher for kidneys (snake and pygmy pie anyone?) No hope.

Oh ah fry tomatoes, what other way is there? Cut in half, oil, salt, pepper, grill. Never been able to eat tomato as I’ve always had stomach ache and sickness shortly having eaten them But as a child I always remember my mother always used to eat those tinned plum tomatoes fried in the bacon fat
