I play every week and love the thought of winning big(€200 million) so in these boring times what would you do with it ? 🤑
Me I'd buy a superyacht a Sunseeker 40mtr (or similar) and spend my days cruising the Mediterranean, SE Asia and the Caribbean sipping cold drinks. I'd see my family right and all that stuff too but for me and the missus just relaxing in the sun. Just a bit of escapism in these snow days.

I'd self isolate for 2 weeks and spend the time counting it on the living room floor. Then i'd buy a big house with a nightclub in the basement, a snooker room with a massive tele and bar. My own fishing pond full of crucian carp and a bit of a race track for zooming a milk float round. At least 5 racehorses to watch through the winter either at home or from a pub in the Canary Islands. I'd buy a big clock with my face on it and invent a new time zone somewhere between 12 and 1. I'd buy Port Vale and turn it into a big Normid.

What was the name of that Lottery Company that screwed millions of people, claiming they could win millions of $, €, £ or whatever. It took years to find out there were no millions of these currencies to win, noone had ever won anything. The owners took it all.
I'm sure it wasn't Euromillions though. They are probably under controll, just as Eurojackpot is, where you can win approx. 900.000.000 SEK (= €90M). I thought that was the highest existing sum in a lottery.
**
I would buy Stoke City Football Club. 😁

I would buy a house by the coast South West England. Set up a wildlife reserve and do work with that whilst living on coast.
Have a seafood Restaurant that everyone is welcome. Friendly place but someone runs it for me.
Build or buy a Golf Club. Play and run that.
Visit West Coast of America. Madagascar and Borneo.
Car would be a Pigani Zonda not for everyday for fun.
Were a Striker light at the moment as we all know so I could bring Vicent Pericard out of retirement 😂

The day before our other main lottery was at around $800 thousand and there was one ticket that won it from Md and another one million winner in State too. Must admit, did have a little dream. Also Md is one of the states where you can remain anonymous. The lump sum usually, I would say, around about two thirds. Summat around there. Would certainly have been enough to put me on Barbados with all my new friends.

Didnt it get worked out where taking the taxed lump sum is the better option, as the instalment option will pay out overall less in your lifetime, as you’ll be dead by the time you’ve reached even the taxed money amount?

The thought is it takes 10% of the cost price to run yacht for a year fully staffed with a chef etc, berths in port, food and repairs, fuel etc, so a £10 million Sunseeker would roughly cost £1 million a year but you could trim that down a bit if for arguments sake you stay at Ibiza its expensive to park your yacht up there so stay at the less expensive harbours. Don't swill bottles of champers for fun don't be silly with things. So its a bit of a guess but a good win on the euros you could do it. This fridays win was 70+ million you could do a used 30-40metre yacht for 500k a year if your sensible. However they rent out for 100+k a week depending on where and what you have so 5 weeks rent pays your cost for the year. Edit: This would be mine if I won €200 million, its about 17million pound.

Got my eye on a place in St Emilion at €1.6mil so that's a start, keep the place here obviously, then a modest Aston Martin for making the journey between the two. A new casio watch because I could and while still on the car hunt it'd have to be a yellow Dolomite Sprint because I've always wanted one after seeing it in the showroom in Buxton years ago. A couple of special friends would benefit after my son is sorted. On the basis I might have a couple of decades left on this rock I'd be pretty busy.

This close to Annapolis (the sailing capital of the world) you do get to see some good boats. Seen Clapton’s a couple of times but, with rentals etc, who knows if he was anywhere near it. Two phrases spring to mind. The two happiest days in a boat owners life are the day you buy the boat....but more importantly, the day you manage to sell it and.. What does boat stand for? Bring On Another Thousand.

Big ticket purchase like a boat is a bit pointless, you'd be better off just chartering one whenver you want, all over the world, fly there, cruise about a month or 2, fly home, pick next destination. Wouldnt really want to spend weeks at sea sailing to somewhere hot...

Used to play this game a lot with mate at work when we did a syndicate. These days I reckon the first thing I’d do is get my arse to a top bollocks resort somewhere nice and hot and then spend a few weeks eating and drinking like a king whilst deciding what to do. Big ticket items I’ve always wanted to own an Aston Martin and get my private pilots licence.
Edit- also buy a JCB and some land and just piss about digging massive holes......probably whist hammered.

You may be shocked. The problem with boats of this size in the Med is mooring them. Most of the nice places other than the poser French Riviera and Sardinia can’t take boats of that size. You need to anchor off, and it can at times get roly. You would get far more enjoyment out of a 45/50 footer and sail it yourself. ⚓️😀
