We’ve lost 12 points so far this season from winning positions. On the flip side we’ve only gained two points from losing positions.
It’s clearly something the manager needs to get better at.

Our game management was a lot better yesterday but still didn't work. Positive subs as well for the first time I can remember. Before the game I'd have taken a draw and with the incidents which happened in the game we certainly gained a point and didn't drop two. Onwards to the next one

You do have to wonder why, is it a fitness issue if so why are they not fit. If you look at the 12 points dropped it’s a huge impact on our position,

Our inability to hold on to or build on a good position has certainly taken a heavy toll. We're now 4 points off the final play-off position and have played either 1 or 2 more games than the 4 teams above us. If you look down the table teams are queuing up behind us, we're only 3 points above Luton in 12th.
I wonder if fitness plays a part as well as game management? In terms of us offering anything meaningful as an attacking force most of the time there is little point in looking beyond the 60th minute, after that we look pretty much spent to me.

The oppo more wary until late on as well because of this so sit back for longer in match. Losing Ty then the Vokes penalty miss v cardiff was the turning point in this shit run.

I can’t comment on yesterday but I agree it’s probably a mixture of both. As someone said on another thread Mikel and Allen have comeback from injury recently and have been thrown straight in and are playing full 90 minutes seems strange that one so they won’t be fully fit. Like you say we could soon end up in bottom half if things don’t change

Which is a really tricky position to manage the game out - especially when you've got Sam Vokes as your main option.

When's the last time we scored a late winner? The last game changing goal I can recall us scoring is that equaliser at Reading last season.

2 in midfield coming back from injury, 2 starters and a sub who have only been with the club a matter of hours. A really heavy pitch and we conceded via a goal that shouldn't have stood. Let's get players fit and settled in the club before we start moaning please guys.
