I’ll wait until everyone else looks like the elephant man before deciding on the vaccine I'm not an Animal...I'm a Human Being.

Absolutely, although the idea was floated yesterday that leaders get it live on tv, which I think would be good to convince any doubters Really? What the absolute shuddering f+*k?? Sure, administered by Penn and Teller. Syringe loaded by David Copperfield. Debbie McGee as assistant?? I feel safer now thanks. I mean, just saying.

As Ive had covid, I may as well have the jab as well. My life isn't that interesting that Bill Gates needs to track my every movement, the government can do that with my phone anyway Did they move you to the back of the queue because you've already had it? I haven't heard of any plans anywhere to do that, but it would make sense because you have the antibodies that will last a minimum of several months. My dad's getting it this week. I'm pretty amazed it's actually in the city so soon. How old is he, and is he in a care home? Is he a healthcare worker? Not heard anything yet, I'm not that old. Antibodies only last for about 3 months, mine would have long gone now

I'm just a bit cautious that once it's being rolled out on a large scale that people may be requested to prove they've had it in order to travel or attend large scale events. well I intend to travel as soon as I can, bit of a European tour by train I think

My life isn't that interesting that Bill Gates needs to track my every movement, the government can do that with my phone anyway I plan to have it, but if like you i had had the virus i'm not certain i'd bother, have they tested it on people who've had the virus ?... after all anyone who already had antibodies would have been no use for their original testing, and also, if you've already had the miley (i like to throw in a bit of cockernee rhyming slang ) and have antibodies do you actually need the jab anyway ? and, does the jab last longer than the antibodies from the disease ? - given they only made it a few months back, how can they they know that ? there's more questions than answers... Antibodies only last about 3 months then it's up to the T cells to kick start things. Will you Chester lot behave and keep the numbers down, you are holding us out in the sticks back

Probably, but they let your T cells remember the virus signature I think. Best to let the expert estrangedsonoffaye answer that one

No brainier to me, I can’t understand why anyone would not want it but I do know of two women where I work who said they won’t have it but have no logical answer as to why they won’t 🙃

Absolutely, although the idea was floated yesterday that leaders get it live on tv, which I think would be good to convince any doubters Mike Pence received the vaccine on camera. It was good of him because a lot of the Covid deniers who refused to get the vaccine are Trump supporters and may now trust it more. Biden, Harris, and Anthony Fauci are scheduled to get it next week, most likely on camera. George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Obama all plan to get it on camera. Not sure when they'll be eligible because they are no longer considered essential workers. I'm sure they'll find a way to jump the queue. Good for all of them to show that support for the vaccine crosses party lines.
