Any positive result against a big strong Cardiff team who have found their form will be a Herculian effort especially if Batth, Clucas and Powell are missing.....

That’s a fantastic achievement by the players but by O’Neil . We’ve half a team of first choice players out and yet the shape was great defensively front to back . Special mentions to Bursik , collins ans cousins who for me is better than Mikel in that role But brilliant management today

An excellent win , we were on top throughout. Good teamwork against a cynical team. Let's hope the mounting injuries don't cost us.

How is that irrational? It’s a fair assessment. His defensive side was good. He didn’t cross it to a Stoke player and that pass at the end in added time summed his game up with the ball. When you've worked your knackers off for nearly a 100 minutes of football God forbid he should misplace a pass in injury time........ It was an easy pass and he’d been doing it all game. Just like his free kick in the 4th minute barely left the ground. He was perfectly fine today but excellent is way ott. And as ever on the ball from kick off he was poor.

They’ve got a better, more in form striker in Moore, but not much else. If we’ve players back we should get something.

Agree it’s a game I don’t expect mix. Out of which is why today’s result is so key . We’ve two strugglers After that and we could win either of those .

I fear some of the players are running on empty, I have no doubt with 11 match fit players we could beat them and beat them well, as with every team in this division.....

Some great performances today Bursik, Collins, Fox, Cousins thought Brown was great up top, gave every last bead of sweat. Powell was excellent and got targeted as expected Weirdly 4 of the players you mentioned have been written off by a fair few on here. Well Ive been very critical of Fox, I don't mind admitting, Ive seen him struggle at Wednesday too, but I love it when players turn it around. Credit where credit is due. If he can improve his throw-ins I'll be even more delighted!

He's also started his 5th game in 14 days today after a decent amount of time out injured..... And has played poorly in all of them... He made the EFL team of the month and scored what turned out to be a match winning goal against Huddersfield so some would disagree with that. And maybe just maybe he wasn't up to his usual standards because he's still getting match fit?

McClean worked his arse off for the team again today. We all know he has limitations, but he contributed to the battle today and we needed him in that respect. He gives opponents stuff to think about and never lets them rest.

And maybe just maybe he wasn't up to his usual standards because he's still getting match fit? Sure. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. For me he was only in team of month for that goal (which was class) he missed some of the month and for me has been way below par since returning and I was looking forward to him coming back into the team

Not one poor performance today! Credit to the whole team. A competent effort and thoroughly deserved win! So, so proud of our boys today. Never gave up, defended briliantly, pressed them every time, all of them were like dogs of war that wouldn't leave them alone. Warnock, your boys couldn't do it on the day, despite kicking lumps out of our players.
