Man Utd conceded 5 penalties in the last 7 games at home.
Before Lockdown they conceded 5 penalties in the last 101 games at Old Trafford.
Coincidence?

Complete coincidence. Everyone knows referees are completely objective and not unduly influenced by any outside pressure

There’s probably some truth in it, in that ref’s historically don’t like giving the away team penalties at places like OT and Anfield.
Probably with Man Utd right now though, they’re conceding more pens at home because they’re a bit wank nowadays and nowhere near as good defensively as they once were.

I remember when the last penalty Man U conceded was to Ruel Fox - at the time that fact was revealed, Ruel Fox had been retired for 80 years and was living inside a volcano in Montserrat.

If you are Prem team penalty taker you'd want to get a game in at Old Trafford before the crowds come back and normal service is resumed.
