Good player was Toddy, scored what I would consider my favorite all time ever Stoke goal, against Sunderland!!!

He did have an awsome season in a year when we were desperate for a hero and he fitted the bill. Scored some amazing goals but got too big for his boots and ended up getting what his greedy ass deserved - 4 years at Oldham (I assume the climate reminded him of home ) Terrible waste of a talent, he only played another 76 times in this country after he left us.

I remember telling a friend of mine that I thought Toddy was a big headed git just before he went to Oldham-he then went over to tell Toddy who was at the bar after a pre season game in the suite at the Vic. Toddy then came over and gave me a rocket which he thought was hilarious. Used to see him in the China Palace a lot with his very tasty wife

I remember that so well, a mate of mine started taking me to Stoke and Toddy became a favorite player, was he at Stoke when the home shirt had the Carling sponser, ribbed white collar and nancy button to fasten the neck?

I'd still put Toddy in my all time stoke 11 . Great player when his heart was with us . some great goal's . really dissappointing career considering the potential he had .

Only yesterday I was thinking about that goal he scored at Watford from the really tight angle, how odd.

He now manages Fram Reykjavik and doing a great job, but obviously we(Fram) want title number 19. But mid table finish would not be a bad thing. Picture is from two weeks ago against arch rivals KR Reykjavik. Fram lost 2-0 infront of massive 2500 ;D. 1. FH 6 5 1 0 17 - 4 +13 16 2. Keflavík 6 5 0 1 18 - 11 +7 15 3.
