Has anyone had problems buying the official stream on an iPad? A friend and myself both got this messsage when trying to purchase the match pass for Millwall and it is happening again for Bristol C:
“Oops something went wrong!
The authentication cookie has not been set.”
I sent emails to Stoke TV support after the Millwall game but no reply.
I was able to watch via a laptop but the friend couldn’t. He paid for the stream on his phone but then couldn’t watch on his phone or iPad.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Doesn’t work on iPad or iPhone I had the same problem. I just plug the laptop into the telly now

Thanks. I have done the same and it works well. My friend doesn’t have a laptop so doesn’t have that option.

An absolute nightmare, so don’t think you are alone.
The FC were most helpful but it continues as every match seems to be different, if one of the last 9 of the season and therefore no money to be paid, this season’s Keague match or a Cup match. It makes you dizzy.
Now resigned to a helpful husband (when not otherwise engaged) using his. new laptop and taking about four minutes.
Cannot be more helpful but he temp consoled by your not being the only ones to being driven nuts and seemingLu like it will go on go ever.
The only other hope is to be lucky like some Stokie friends who “simply don’t know how on earth I got it”! Good luck to you all.

We are aware that a small number of supporters are experiencing difficulties when attempting to purchase a stream pass via Safari.
Our providers are aware of the issue and are working towards a fix.
In the meantime, we recommend using Google Chrome.

It does work on the iPad, I have the same issue since my wife used her iPad to buy the first stream for me. I can watch it on my iPad but I can’t buy it.
I just get my wife to do it now, saves me the cash
