Probably the hero in the Final. What went wrong? The rest of the team were mostly crap and unbalanced. to be fair Arnautovic only scored 5 in his first season and I think was 2 or 3 in his second. Took him a while to find more consistent form. Perhaps if we'd stayed up we'd seen a better side of him as were glimpses there |

Perhaps if we'd stayed up we'd seen a better side of him as were glimpses there I don't think he was that bad tbh, and you could be right, it can take a bit of time to get used to a new league. We had bigger problems than him really, I just think people got a bit annoyed with him wanting to leave straight away, it wasn't a surprise he was never going to stick around once we got relegated. |

Rooting for Lyon, and there was an interesting article in yesterday's Guardian about the internal relationships, by a bloke called Eric Devin. The best odds I saw on Lyon yesterday (Betfair on Oddschecker I think) was 20/1. Incroyable, Geoffroi - incroyable! However, your point is a good one. To be fair the preliminary rounds are fairly easy to predict and chucked Toronto FC in as well .Not going to make a fortune on a 6 fold although Lyon paid well the other night. |

I hope Bayern win the tournament, they're a great team to watch. I love watching teams that play with that killer instinct where they don't just go out to beat the other team they go out to destroy them. That's winning mentality right there, if only we could bottle it and bring it to Stoke.
Gnabry is on it tonight, looks really sharp and focused.

I thought an interesting stat for Bayern was that Neuer is the most expensive player to be bought by them for 27M and only a couple had been bought for 20M plus.

About to tune in . Never seen PSG before. Who is this Neymar bloke? Is he a French version of Super John ? 😀 Neymar isn't liked and he deserves it but he is a special player. I saw on the BBC where it says Neymar was the best player against the best team and most disagreed but for me I would say Neymar is the best player on the pitch in tonight's game. I will go 4-2 to Bayern. |
