Who are the big cry babies? The German magazine. I imagine because it is evidence that contradicts what Man City presented to the CAS hearing which only came out at the conclusion of the Man City hearing. They are obviously substantial enough for Man City to issue another public statement refuting them.

Maybe they did and they are proving the point that money talks. Money didn’t talk. Man City didn’t break the rules. I thought they got off because of time issue in relation to the rules been broken (which apparently they did) and the time had elapsed so no charges could be brought?

The fine was for not cooperating, nothing else
I would venture that all clubs push FFP to its absolute limits in their drive for success, its horse shit really there not to protect small clubs, but to protect the elite from new money going into medium size clubs (as Chelsea, Man City, PSG were) and making them successful, thus pushing historical 'big' teams into the also rans.
Its nothing to do with anything else in my mind.
Good luck to them I say!

Who are the big cry babies? The German magazine. Regardless of what you think their motives are, I don't really see how this is anything but legitimate journalism in the public interest? They have every right to report on a story like this.

Of course they are. As with all cup competitions they'll need a bit of luck along the way. Bayern Munich probably favourites but Man City have a very good chance

It seems insane our club is owned by billionaires who could afford to fritter away the GDP of a small nation on transfers and in doing so occurring little or no debt and little or no damage to the club as a whole

Of course they are. As with all cup competitions they'll need a bit of luck along the way. I'm not convinced without Aguero and with their defensive issues that they will be good enough.
