As someone who has already paid for their ST for next season (sympathy and/or incredulity) I’m currently thinking that general renewal will see < 10K. I can also envisage average gates being 14/15K
Am I being pessimistic or realistic?

How will it work?
The new Championship season is due to start in 7 weeks but I can't see any possibility fans will be allowed in to the ground when it starts.
And if we get relegated will there be a Division 1 to play in at all? It would not be financially viable with no paying audience and no TV revenue. Unless it were as an amateur league perhaps.

I renewed before lockdown too.
I don’t care I’m just looking forward to getting back (I’m a masochist at heart 🤣)

I agree, it could be a bad as that. No gate money clubs will fold.

I’ve already renewed and can’t wait to get back into the swing of it whatever the division.
Our sales will no doubt drop through the floor......

I am not renewing next season. Two reasons 1 no longer live in the area 2 I work noghtshift and miss more games that I can attend/get to watch.
If things get worse, if that is possible.... Season tickets will be going on a BOGTF...offer. Buy one get three free. Scholes and his total disregard for the clubs on going predicament are costing Mr Coates Snr & Jnr a lot of money and he has got to be replaced by someone with a bit more noise and footballing brain.

All depends what league we are in, as has been mentioned, league one and two may not go ahead if stadiums are still off-limits. So the sales could be 0.

I wonder if ST holders will be allowed to attend initially? I wouldn’t be surprised if social distancing at all EFL, L1 and L2 would be easily attained if restricted (initially) to ST Holders. No away supporters or similar away ST holders only Possibly the new season starting on the 5th or 12th September Thoughts?

When do we reckon is the earliest we could see full stadiums - Christmas?
