Not so much for Birmingham. A draw would be good for them and keep them at a distance from us. We really need to win this.

Are you on a windup with Diouf? If not take your fucking glasses off, he's nowhere near good enough for any team. Diouf is the best striker at the club still.

Only so many times we can keep saying this Yeah, another 3 after Birmingham. We could be already gone by then

We need it more than them. I’d go with .......................Davies...................... Smith........Batth..........Indi....Tymon ...............Cousins.....Clucas............. Diouf..................Powell.....Campbell ...........................Vokes..................... Not really. If we win they become us, or, may drop to the position in the table we leave. If we win by two goals.

He is. He’s done more when he’s come on than Vokes and Gregory have all season. The key words would be "when he's come on". He hasn't come on very often, and he hasn't played 90 minutes for more than two years. I'm a big fan of Mame. He's given tremendous service to this club, but he's not match fit. I'm not especially fond of Vokes, but he's scored 7 goals for us this season. and while he earlier looked distinctly over weight, he's looking very fit now. He didn't, as such, do much vs Leeds, but there wasn't much he could do, and so I see no reason why he should be dropped at a stage where we need the players to know what each other will do. He does combine well enough with Powell and Campbell, and McClean often looks to pick him out, it's just his poor delivery that fails more often than not.

You cant judge him on that performance we hardly got the ball out of our own half. What is he supposed to do? Vokes wasn't the problem yesterday. I would bring on Diouf ahead of Gregory though any day of the week.

My concern is that it is going to be very difficult to motivate a team after that.
This coming game really needs to have a motivated squad. Can not imagine what the dressing room atmosphere must be like.

If he plays 4231 with Powell at ten and drops Chester we'll win the game. It's that simple. Does MON have a Twitter account? If so, I suggest as many fans as possible bombard his account with this message until he's saying it in his sleep!

we couldn't ask for an easier fixture right now even Hull would be harder
if we don't beat them we deserve to go down first goal wins for me I think we will win though

I really can't see us beating Birmingham, in fact I can't see us winning another game this season.
It's been said on countless threads, these players don't give a shit about our club, they don't give a shit if we go down, they have contracts and will still be picking up their undeserved pay packets Untill their contracts run out.

Under other circumstances not winning against a team that's four places above us could be, well not acceptable, but it can happen. We could lose and still be 21st, if other clubs would be kind. Of course there's so thing in football, but results have been known to be kind. Then there's what happens if we draw...

Birmingham and Bristol are both "must win" games now, as I can't see anything beyond those two!!!
Probably get another tonkin against Brentford, then Forest away!!! 😕

Can we get Sankoh on the bench, he's 16 isn't he?
What about Souttar, is he available now Fleetwood's season has finished, got to be a better option than Chester ?

Great we should get batterd more often then it's where we are at play the other poor sides & score first with the exception of Luton away we win & often win comfortably (under O'Neill) play a good side & concede first we get spanked can't see any other than a defeat v Brentford & probably a big one Birmingham we should win Bristol City is an odd one as if results go against them this weekend their play off hopes will b dead in which case it could be a good time to play them Or they could be scenting the play offs & come out all guns blazing against us Forest is also an odd one as they will probably have nothing to play for/looking to avoid injuries as they should be guaranteed play offs by then

For me I think MoN will find it very tough to get the players motivated and up for this after Leeds. There are only so many times you can exhort and cajole a group to up their game.
The dispirited second half performance yesterday was a disaster which will be very hard to come back from.
Need to try and dominate Birmingham from the first minute
Draw at best for me.

Last four results:
0-2 Boro 0-3 Wigan 4-0 Barnsley 0-5 Leeds
So put your money on 6-0 either way.

He’s the best right winger presently. And that’s where he should stay for now. Fair comment. You folded far too easily. Bayern, for some unknown reason, has a hard on for Diouf and cannot / will not see that Mame is now a spent force...it's sad, on both counts

If Chester plays and they have Jutciewicz up front, he will get terrorised. They also have the one thing we hate most, pace.
Need a win, think we will edge it but could also be a disaster.

Brum have the worst form Over the last six games. 2pts.
I fully expect them to double their points against us.
