I personally do not want to see the Wendy's go down. Couldn't give half a fuck about Derby. Sheffield Wednesday great away day for fans, proper old ground and loads of decent boozers. Derby. Worse than our place for boozers, same lifeless type of stadium as us. Can see FA making decision after the last ball has been kicked to avoid a lengthy and expensive court battle. FA/EFL what ever you want to call them are proof that corruption is alive and kicking in the UK.

this decision was mean to come out by the end of this week
They were charged 8 months ago!!!
I think this one will be fudged because of the complications if there is an appeal, which there will be if its 12 points

So what John Percy is saying is that the FA have not got a pair of bollocks between them. Faceless officials making important decisions without any personal ramifications. Gutless fucking wankers.

Can you imagine the uproar that now a decision which could turn the relegation race on its head would be announced in the last 5 days of the season.
This feels like a forgotten decision, that now has huge implications for both those who are penalised and those who would feel aggrieved if the clubs are let off

I reckon the reasoning behind the non-decisions to deduct points now will be because it could affect how other teams would play if they knew either Wigan or Wednesday had X number of points deducted. If other teams knew then it could affect both promotion and relegation. As it stands now, teams are having to assume that only their own efforts will count. When you think about it, it's the most sensible way to do it. The downside is that clubs will not be able to plan ahead as they would if they knew what points could/would be deducted.
