Spot on Prestwich, these 3 games in the week ahead will shape our immediate future. 3 draws on the face of it would be a poor return, yet I think I would take that. Losses are not an option against the teams around us.

Losses are not an option against the teams around us. One win and two draws wouldn’t be a disaster, as you say you’re stopping the teams below from catching you. Two wins on the bounce and just getting it done and dusted would be nice though......

Boro will pack the midfield under Warnock. Feel we will miss Allen more than ever today. Got 0-0 all over it for me so that probably means will be goals

Butland Smith, Batth, Collins, Tymon Sorenson, Clucas OB, Powell, McClean Campbell Tymon ? Might as well give them the 3 points.

I feel like a draw will be a decent result today after the managerial change....they will be like a new team with the Warnock factor, he'll get every last ounce out of them. He wouldn't have taken this on if he didn't think that was the case.
They will target Powell and Ince

Last weeks results were very telling I’m wondering if it could now be a disadvantage? There is a psychological pressure on the home team to win yet they are not receiving the levels of support they would normally get. Home team still expected to win without this support. Less pressure on away team who are not expected to win but competing on an even playing field.

Just win. Doesn't matter how we do it, or how we play. Results are the only thing that matter in this mini season.

A dirty look from the fullback is generally enough to take him out of the game!!

If It's last weeks Stoke that turns up ...... then I can only see 1 point
Looking at the other games
Wigan 3 pts Charlton 3 pts Stoke 1 pt Huddersfield 0 pt Middlesbrough 1pt Hull 0pt Barnsley 3 pts Luton 0pt
Fingers crossed we can pull-out a Hull-ova performance ........ and distance the drop zone

Well Ince won’t take much “targeting”. They’d have to find him first 🤣 That’s easy, he’ll be bent over fiddling with his socks by half way on the right touch line

You must have a very deep rooted desire to see us back in jail....there's a certain logic in asking for Tymon after seeing BMI fail. I think over the years of waiting he might deserve a run in the team, but I'd prefer it when we are little safer than two points from a relegation spot. I can even accept that McClean can come in, given how popular he is with O'Neill. But Batth and Vokes, both of them too slow, too disinterested, too fault prone. That's just asking for the keys... So who would you play? I'd keep the same 11 that started vs Reading but go more with the tactcics of the second half.

Will be interesting to see the impact Warnock has on Boro today.
Think a large contributor to the new manager bounce is the crowd. We'll see though.
