He just popped up on BBC Newsnight.
I must admit I didn't realise he was still going punchy Lancastrian bugger that he is.
Reputedly the highest paid union official in history. He can add the million quid the News of The World socked him for hacking his phone messages to that.
Just looked him up on wiki, he has been in post for an eye watering 40 years.

One man in football that annoys me the very moment he opens his mouth. His levels of denial are up there with that Iraqi chap Comical Ali saying American forces had not entered Baghdad when there were tanks rolling in just yards away from his press conference.

Has anyone heard from him recently?
His members are pretty much being railroaded into coming back for the sake of the corporate dollar, in amidst a global pandemic where they and their families are at risk of infection, and he seems to have gone completely underground!?

For someone who planned to step down he is hanging on longer than John Bercow! Even Hartson would do a better job

Can’t stand the odious little jobsworth. Self serving money grabber under the pretence of supporting footballers.

To call the PFA a "Trade Union" is simply wrong. They are supposed to hold free and contested elections amongst the members. Same bloke for 40 years sucking from the teets of money-mad football. I love how sanctimonious he always sounds about the hard-life his representatives (the players) have to endure. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Union_democracy

Can't abide the bloke, a bit like that twat who was in charge of The Fire Brigade union, dining out in swanky restaurants whilst the members were on strike. Obscene pay and I'll be old myself one day, but come on , 75 years old . New ideas and younger blood needed , he's a fucking relic of the past

Our very own Dave Kitson is planning to stand against him in any upcoming elections.
