Well it’s obvious you’re all starry eyed about backing a fellow lefty lawyer.😏 Both big The Last Leg fans, it's blindingly obvious.

Some of the stuff he is doing seems good and in the right direction, after years of the wrong direction. But there is lots I don’t agree with. I still think the winter fuel allowance threshold for when you stop getting it is too low though, for example.

She's always been a bit thick though hasn't she. The way she turned a blind eye to what was happening in Birmingham during the recent riots was scandalous.

Austerity didn’t work last time. In fact it is a big cause of the mess. And how do you prove that your plans will 100% work before implementing them exactly? You certainly don't chuck good money after bad. Look where that's got us. This might explain my lack of faith: You employ people who know what they're doing, not SPADs or consultants or other professional grifters on the same gravy train. You hunt down the experts in their fields, pay them far more than any politician earns and ask them to at least figure you out the starter for 10. As for taxing the poor more, apparently that's what Reeves is planning to do by extending the delay on increasing the limit for taxable income until 2030. Absolute scam of a salary. Imagine being a front line nurse and then being told you're a racist bigot by someone on 5 times your salary.. P.s good to see Karol Sikora is still alive and kicking. One of the true heroes who opposed the insanity of covid lockdowns and the shutting down of the health service during the pandemic. A voice of reason during a storm of chaotic thinking.

Joking aside, I think it is crucial for politicians to have had real jobs. In my opinion you are not qualified to run a government department if you haven’t had a relevant job. Lawyer in charge of justice. Doctor or nurse in charge of health etc. So i do think Starmer’s prior work experience is better than just studying PPE at Oxford after attending some expensive private school and never having had a real job.

Another attack on the poor and working families Apparently according to the Sunday times reeves plans to scrap the two pound cap on bus fares
Thus greatly increasing fares which of course will affect people with lower incomes more And in general I can’t see where it fits in with this gallop to zero emissions

Keir Starmer struggles so much with definitions. He couldn't work out what a woman was until Tony Blair explained it to him. Now his definition for working people seems to change, almost by the day.

Yes he's in a tangle in the same way Johnson couldn't define what constituted a lockdown party, but death and taxes are the only certainties in life. I don't remember Sunak coming under the same scrutiny on what defined a working person when he went on about lowering taxes for working people for months on end, when fiscal drag meant many working people were paying more / being pulled into paying tax/ higher tax bands

How racist, homophobic and misogynist must the NHS be that each NHS authority has to have these jobs and departments? It must be an awful place to work for if they're the type of people they employ, essentially your Tommy Robinson types must infest the entire organisation. I mean how would you justify it otherwise 🤷

Both big six figure packages. And people wonder how the liberal woke cult seized control of the corporate world? There's a lot of money in it, that's why. That said, hats off to them. In barely a decade they have completely infiltrated government and corporate business with their sick ideology.

BAME Physically disabled LQBTQ+ They also must hit target quotas for the above catergories. Not sure if this is for every single position but I know it exists for at least some.

Because yesterday there was only a shorter video and he was playing the intimidation card. A regular occurrence for seemingly only labour mps. Here is his statement where he played victim This is the changed labour party.

The two videos released so far don't look good however

Agree 100% regarding qualifications of Secretaries of State. How can a Defence Secretary one day become Education Secretary the next day. It’s bonkers but unfortunately runs rife throughout the civil service as well.
