Another example of MP intimidation. This will be labour in the morning: Scumbags ... They're just raising perfectly normal, legitimate concerns, aren't they Paul? Their behaviour is completely justified and the MP they're targeting is just a woman after all. We all know they shouldn't be let out of the kitchen. It's people like those fine gentleman in the video that should be running the country. Just imagine how great things would be then.

It seems that a few people don't like the result of the recent election. Just for balance, Boris Johnson was, by a country mile, the person most unsuited to the position of Prime Minister and leader of the UK, in the last 300 years. Liz Truss crashed the economy. The Tories lost the last election all by themselves. May they never come back. I wonder what the present incumbents would have done being presented with a global pandemic, European War and dealing with Brexit all within 2 years of being elected? I don't think that works though. Johnson got found out, as well as caught out, by the pandemic. He was caught our by his actions and inactions. He was going round playing down the possible impact of Covid in the early days, and missed a couple of meetings. He was proved to have lied to Parliament about Partygate, and about Chris Pincher. He also failed to sack Priti Patel after an inquiry into her behaviour by his own advisor, who recommended firing her. Remember that his own Cabinet members and Ministers resigned en masse too. This was little more than two years after he won a massive majority. As for the war in Ukraine, the policy has not changed since he left office. Johnson liked to get on TV a lot, that was all. Of course, he lied about Brexit also, in the big ways, and in his assertion that there would be no lines drawn in the Irish Sea. I think the man is a fraud, and that the Tories are paying the price now for glossing over his character flaws years ago. As for Truss, the less said, the better. To be PM for the summer holidays, and to crash the economy, to offer unfunded tax cuts to rich people, was a disaster, which caused more chaos for the Tories as they had to get rid of her, then start to undo her work. Don't forget the millions who are still paying higher mortgage rates because of her twisted ideology. And you and me will be paying her PM's pension for years to come. Finally, a few weeks ago, i had reason to check how many Tory MPs had behaved dishonourably in the last Parliament. I stopped counting at 18. So, in summary, I think the Tories, and those who voted for them, should perhaps reflect with humility on the mistakes they made, accept the democratic result of the recent election, and stop carping and bitching about Sir Keir Starmer.

So these lot have pretty much confirmed themselves as a Labour mouthpiece rather than a group which holds government to account. Out of all the headlines in recent weeks. I know.... let's attack Farage. You say that as though there's something wrong with it.

Sir Keir Starmer has to real with today's issues, and will be judged on that. The Tories had issues to deal with, and lost their way, either through mistakes, malevolence, or greed, or going down the cul-de-sac of culture wars. Johnson, Truss, and others, were just the personifications of The maliciousness at the heart of Tory philosophy.

What don’t you understand about a simple question "wonder what the present incumbents would have done being presented with global pandemic, European war and Brexit within 2 years of taking office". However you’ve somehow twisted a straight forward question to suit your own agenda. The answer to my question is probably that they would have done similar apart from the disaster of 45 days of Truss. Regarding cronyism and sleaze there’s little difference between MPs of all parties imo.

Ben Habib is going through some form of mid life crisis I swear.
Is this a great realisation? Or is he simply attacking Starmer but forgetting about Reforms donors?
I actually think its an attack on Labour and Reform plus others. He's defo got some beef with nige

The Express, fucking hell Just checking up on what you said when the previous government gave £500m to France to "stop the boats" and over £300m on a Rwanda scheme that deported a grand total of zero immigrants......nope, fuck all.... Anyone else amused by the sheer volume of posts since 4 July from all those posters who "don't really follow politics" and whose regular refrain was "they're all the same, you know"
