I have always been fascinated by dreams. I have had some really strange one's in my life. I always wonder what they mean.
Have you had any strange dreams you want to share with us?
My latest dream:
Last night I dreamt I was lying in bed in the morning, heard a noise and woke up. Then I sat up in bed and into my appartment came twenty people I've never seen before plus a teacher, and he was from Germany. Plus my mother.
The teacher was partly bold and had a red beard. He was rather tall and had a stick, brown trousers, beige shirt and a slipover made of wool. The sleeves on the shirt were rolled up.
They went into my room and he was about to teach them something and they all listened spiritually.
Then he pulled up the blinds and threw som small plastic balls in different colours at me. But then he pulled up my blind that's broken as well, without angling the slats first. My mother on a chair beside me tried to calm me down, since she saw I got upset. But I got mad and took a bunch of coins from different countries and threw at him.
Then I woke up.
Analysis?

Your threads are without a doubt, my favourite by a mile.
I'm a big believer in dreams being the realm of your mind where you process abstract thoughts and trauma that you're not able to translate in waking hours. - Maybe something sparked one of those themes during the last week/weekend/weekdays.
I had a dream I was in Westminster and locked the door on my Tory MP and lectured him for 2 hours about everything he was doing wrong, then started penising two lovely ladies I used to go to Uni with about 11 years ago. Strange old thing the mind eh...

Freuds first question would be “ were you breast fed, and at what age did you stop” ?
What that has to do with it I don’t know 🤔

My sleeves weren't rolled up, it's just that my forearms are pasty and hairless. And I'm from Leeds, not Germany, but it's easy to confuse the accents.
Aside from that, it was a road-trip for the South Leeds juggling society that got a bit wild after drinking out of date orange squash.
Sorry about that.
Your mum's very nice, though. And your laundry room was very clean.

He's got talent, that lad, but he's forever trying too many objects. It all gets a bit frantic and his Tourettes seal-clapping kicks in. We're banned from the Reykjavik knitting guild's annual chippy dinner after his incident with the melons, the flaming torch and the chainsaw.

I used to have a recurring dream, before I could drive where I'd be the passenger in a car and would have to take the wheel mid journey due to the driver falling ill or just disappearing. I'd gradually get better at driving in these dreams until I grew quite competent at it. I then passed my driving test in real life and haven't had the dream since.

My friend Sigmund says it all comes down to sex. This friend who disappeared, was he/she male or female, and were you to have a sexual encounter would it be in the front or back seat of the car ? Oh yes one more thing, Were you breast fed? 🤪

You probably had that dream over and over again thanks to anxiety. When you got the license, no more anxiety.

I have very vivid dreams about all sorts of things.
Within seconds of waking up I can not remember a thing about them.

How do you know you've dreamt if you don't remember them? Or do you mean in detail? The reason people remember their dreams is when they wake up during the dream, in the dream cycle, scientists says. If the dream cycle pass and you wake up between dream cycles or after the last one, you won't remember much, if anything.

The woman I used to work with in ASDA a few years ago can make plenty more appearances if she wants to, the current rate is nowhere near enough.

Another tune comes to mind also, "Dreams" by The Guess Who, from the Power in the Music album.
Great album from the mid 70ies, including "Coors for Sunday", "Roseanne", "Rich world, poor world", "Down and out woman" and more.

A couple of years ago I dreamt I was on a local bus trip in outer space. It was really surreal in a way thinking about it afterwards, but in my dream it all felt natural and perfectly normal, as it actually happened. We weren't that many passengers, 3, 4. The bus was silver coloured and flew with the dark space surrounding us. And at the next bus stop an alien got on the bus, carrying a plastic bag. He said: "Nice price on cocktail tomatoes today!", hold up the little bag and smiled.
Then I woke up.

He’s in Benidorm at the moment and it’s locked down but I am sure he won’t mind. Will be in touch.

Why do I wake up with a semi, even if I’m dreaming about cardboard boxes in red arrows formations?

He’s in Benidorm at the moment and it’s locked down but I am sure he won’t mind. Will be in touch. Well I don’t really know where to start. Sigmund feels that there are several issues going on here, which do need to be addressed but can not be done in one remote session. He feels that THE LOCAL BUS is a representation of your outer self. The bus being silver coloured and presumably shiny is a contradiction, as local bus’s are never shiny and suggests that you are possibly putting a out a-false image. This he suggests is probably due to an inherent feeling of insecurity caused by your withdrawal from your mothers breast at a very early age. Yourself and the other passengers are of course your inner and true selves. The dark space that you are traveling through represents life’s unknown journey, and the Alien your sexual expectations for what may lie in the future. He was very evasive when I aske abou the symbolism of the tomatoes. I must admit he does seem to be obsessed with sex and breast feeding, and I am not really sure about it. He is a really nice bloke. I thought he had died a long time ago but he does assure me that he is indeed Sigmund Freud. I met him playing in a four ball Texas Scramble In Torromelinos. He introduced to his friends and they have invited me to join them in a syndicate to build some luxury villas up in the hills. Only 10,000 Euros. They say I should make a killing. Hope that this has helped, but remember other psychologists are available and may not agree.
