In a time when we are not going football at the moment i'm sure we are all missing the meet up or the bloke next to us in the stand.
Let's give a mention to the things we are missing,make it funny ,personal or whatever.
I'm missing father/son at the game and having a few beers with him,being going with him for nearly 20 years(going myself for 40 years.It's the best day of the week being at football with my lad.

Pain, frustration, moaning about every player on a cyclical basis, moaning about TS, suggesting that MON is part time, Moaning about fans leaving early, parking, stewards, the weather, the refs, the linesmen, the crap food, the crap beer, the prices .... I'm running out of ink ....

Pretty much the same for me. We travel up from Leicester together, go for a pint and then suffer (normally) the 90 minutes  He's 34, took him to his first game when he was 8. Let's hope the next fixture isn't TOO far away |

Saturday I had to sit in the car at about 16:45 and take approximately ninety minutes to move it from driveway to the road to replace the frustration that's currently missing from my life...😉
I'm not taking anything for granted with this pandemic,but i think the atmosphere and sense of good will,when the game is allowed to resume (whenever that may be,) will top anything experienced in the Xmas fixture calendar,and all but the biggest of games,down the years.
Fingers crossed i'm around to sample it all.

i miss my friends who i sit with and see before games, i miss spending time with my nephew, i miss getting away from the wife and daughter for a couple of hours, i miss the ques for the oatcake boat and beer barge, i miss it all
