Well said, additionally, any person who either cannot or has not had a vaccine shouldn't be treated differently in any way ala travel Got a problem at work at the minute with a guy. We are going to Milan for a job in about 4 weeks. He’s not had the vaccine, he’s had Covid but it’s 5 days isolation when you get there and 10 days when you get back. There’s talk of letting him go (as in relieving him of his duties) just because he’s decided he doesn’t want it after having Covid. Can’t be right can it? We'll follow the Yanks lead before long... The Biden administration has included a vaccine enforcement mechanism in the $3.5 trillion, 2,465-page 'Build Back Better Bill' which will enable the government to enforce fines on employers whose employees do not get the vaccine.Link.

Pisser, Channel 4 news just interviewing a resident living next to the currently active volcano in Palma, "I'm not going anywhere I'm not scared", she says whilst fully masked outside on the coastline 😁 And that.. in a nutshell wraps up the world we live in When the lava meets the sea, poisonous gases are released. So that’s why she will be wearing a mask.

I don't follow that statement with the chart, the chart is saying that primary admissions are with covid and in the 70's% ?

What is the point of the jab then? I'd say something has a really good point if it works brilliantly, even if it's not perfect. To me it's exactly like you're saying: "what's the point of a parachute? People still die skydiving. Actually, most people who die skydiving had parachutes!". Double-jabbed Pfizer/Moderna are like 90% effective at preventing hospital, they basically "save" 90% of people from needing to go in. So for every vaccinated person in a bed, there are 9 others who were saved. Imagine Victoria hospitals have 100 covid patients and 73 are vaccinated. That's 73%. If noone was vaccinated though, you wouldn't have saved 9 people for every one that went in and instead of having 100 patients you'd have 757. Saving loads of people from hospital is a good enough "point" for me. Evil big pharma pushing its agenda, poison, and its profits, whilst deliberately suppressing and mocking the cheap, available treatments for respiratory illnesses. Because they know they cannot get emergency approval if treatments are available. Ivermectin = no mega continuous profiteering, no tyranny, no jab passes. Denying people this, and silencing testimony from thousands of medics is pure evil, which has killed many people. How much varied evidence do people need that this isn't about health? Carry on believing in corporations, state, globalists, big tech, and media and see where we end up. All the shillers following the 'it's horse dewormer' propaganda. It's been used as treatment for humans for 40 years and won a Nobel prize. Even this mainstream shiller is conceding.

Yeh, because we've all got one of them stashed in the cupboard at home That answer explains quite a lot when it comes to mask mentality, 'it's bloody useful to wear one, even if it doesn't work' Personally I've got a selection of different masks incase we are ever gifted a dirty bomb, they're nicely lined up and the newest addition is a cotton rag stitched up that looks and feels like a g string stitched up to look like a mask incase killer covid explodes so I can catch the microscopic droplets with something completely inadequate 😊

Anyway got to go for breakfast as I'm just sat looking out at the sea, no WiFi and only get a patchy signal.

(other jabs are available)

A bit like here then? Although some on here think they've been free with no restrictions for the last 2 years ... Notice: this is step 4. They have one more step to go, step 5. I wonder what that is. The date is yet to be decided. Most of the restrictions have been recommendations. Most of them followed by most of us. The unvaccinated people are supposed to stay home for the rest of their lives, at least a few years since they have decided early on here by qualified guessing that Covid-19 will survive for seven years.

Damn kids of today and their willingness to have a minor convenience in order to help save other people's lives. Grrr. Erm no – unless you have access to a time machine and have seen what 2030-50 looks like? The numbers in Scotland are falling off a cliff with half term next week so it would seem a good time in what is essentially a live experiment to pause and reflect rather than ramp up the narrative on jabbing as many kids as quickly as possible especially in the same week Moderna and AZ have said this thing will be like flu/cold season by next year. With the numbers of kids who get seriously sick from Covid being so ridiculously small all it would take would be a handful of the 1-2m kids to develop short and/or long term complications from the vaccine for it to be an absolute cluster fuck. The equation for a parent on deciding would appear to be on the one hand: leaving the child to deal with a virus that in real time as we understand today is barely affecting this age range and resultantly not contributing to a woolly ill-defined alleged societal benefit that doesn't really stand up to much scrutiny given it'd account for 1-2% of the population so hardly make or break for herd immunity. vs taking a vaccine the JCVI have said is of insufficient benefit to recommend on health grounds for this age group; that has had emergency approval rather than the usual longer term studies; therefore that we can only have a reasonably educated guess on its long term implications (thinking it's going to be 100% bullet proof is pie in the sky for me); that governments had to provide complete immunity on to pharmaceuticals before they’d develop it (suggesting they don’t believe it’s bullet proof themselves); that has caused 30-40 kids in Ontario to suffer heart problems up to August this year; where we’re already limiting it to one dose because of complications; being pushed by a pharmaceutical industry who clearly have a conflict of interest; pushed by a government with vested interests; etc. I'm not anti-vaccine - what it is doing is quite frankly outstanding. However, that doesn't mean it should be applied carte blanche without questioning as without doubt there is no progress. Partisan backing of the vaccine doesn’t achieve anything bar jabbing shit loads of kids with something they don’t need, that won’t achieve a great deal societally and that we then cross our fingers won’t bite their arses in decades to come. I think we're talking slightly different things here. I agree this was a hard call for the government to make, the experts totally had to include all the possible risks and benefits you mention. They decided based on the "known medical effect on kids" + "effect on virus spread" + "risk of unknown side effects" + "risk of virus mutations" + "risk of education disruption" + ... Now that call has been made. The poll asked kids what they'd do, the situation they're in is taking on a tiny bit of inconvenience and risk in order to help protect other people. It seems like a lot of kids are happy to do that, which makes me proud of our young'uns but it's obviously a very disliked choice among some people.

Is there new data on that? I looked the other day and couldn't find the efficacy on kids, only safety + antibody response. Could you link it? It would surprise me since the vaccines reduce virus spread from older people, but maybe children are different somehow.
