Yes he listens to the Scientists but only when he feels like it. Boris looked drained today, if he doesn't resign this job will probably finish him anyway.

I think you're right, I noticed at one point in the briefing, Vallance described the original variant as the 'other' virus. Yeah I picked up on him saying that, it's very disturbing and like we're back to March. |

The story here shouldn’t be about cancelling Christmas. It should be about how utterly incompetent and irresponsible it was to put in place plans on the basis that a deadly virus which has already killed 65,000 people in the UK would take 5 days off whilst we all got together.
