Anyone had any trouble with home printed tickets. Got a workmate one and can print at home according to the ticket page

Easy to do, just down load the link and print. Oh and enjoy paying SCFC £1 for the privilege of doing it all yourself! 😡

The tickets should be a PDF attachment to the email (at least that's what I got last time I bought print at home).

Thanks alot guys. Managed to get it done. Was surprised that Buzz was charged a quid. It didn't cost me a pound and it states it's free of charge. Maybe they changed the policy.

Thanks alot guys. Managed to get it done. Was surprised that Buzz was charged a quid. It didn't cost me a pound and it states it's free of charge. Maybe they changed the policy. I recently bought two Cardiff tickets for friends ( using the print at home) and got charged £22 , I emailed the club and received : Thank you for your email,
With the introduction of our new ticketing system we have introduced booking fees and a transaction fee this season, this is in line with industry standards. You have been charged a £1.00 booking fee per ticket.
The £1.00 booking fee is applicable on all ticket bookings.
The £2.00 transaction fee is applicable on home tickets that are posted or collected.
Home tickets can be printed at home or loaded onto a membership card free of charge.
We do not charge a £2.00 transaction fee for away tickets collected from the Ticket Office at the bet365 stadium or for away tickets collected from the away club but we do charge for away tickets that are posted.
I hope this clarifies your enquiry but please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of further assistance. Kind regards,

To be fair, I've had cup tickets uploaded direct to my season card over the last couple of years, so the system isn't all bad.

I have also used this and it is good, a slight worry incase you get to the gate and it does not work but no probs so far. Its just Stoke are advertising the adult tickets for JUST £10 then charging a ticket booking fee per ticket (£1) with no transaction fee for print at home . Does this mean I'll get a £23 booking fee per ticket on my season card next year ! Or even £46 for two ?
