RIP. I'm not the biggest fan of Python, but post-Python some of his books / documentaries on the medieval period were very good, and that sense of understanding the medieval came across very strongly in The Holy Grail.

RIP !
Part of a great team - a very funny, very talented man.
He has been called the "Master of the absurd" and was widely accepted to be one of the main driving forces in Monty Python.
Sad that he'd been struggling with dementia during his final years.

Very funny man. Best known as a python but was also a great comedy writer and director. Especially sad to see his dementia in his later years. My father had Alzheimer's and it is a truly terrible disease both for those who have it and their friends and family. RIP Terry. for a life well lived.

So sad to hear about Terry Jones passing 😞 Chapman will be furious that he’s no longer the only dead Python! RIP... You lovely, silly man.

"..And this is the quiet one,Mr Bimmler...." Surreal comedy gold.
Fertile imagination,and a warm personality.
RIP.
Heard an interview with John Cleese last night in which he sounded quite frail.(Perhaps understandably.)

I see he’s donated his brain to medical science for research into dementia. I quite like the idea of donating my body to medical science & hopefully I might get felt up by nurses👩🏻⚕️
